I called to refill a prescription on Monday of this week and went to pick it up today which is Saturday and it was not ready. I had to wait for 25 minutes.

THE WOMAN WORKING AT THE COUNTER WAS HORRIBLE VERY RUDE, AND NASTY, SHE WAS NOT WILLING TO ANSWER QUESTIONS, SHE WAS THROWING THINGS ON THE FLOOR BY THE PHARMACY SHE WAS YELLING AT THE PHARMACIST.

I know why this CVS has such a low rating, but this time I wanted to talk about a persona who does not work directly for this CVS but was contracted by this store (that’s why he is getting 5 starts unlike the people who work at the store) I pulled up for Covid test and i did not complete the appointment form on my phone. I thought this guy is going to send me home, but instead he took his time to help me finish the form and the way he was conducting himself was so professional, with a tremendous patience and kindness. This CVS does not deserve a professional like this, this CVS can’t even open a pharmacy on time and one of the “pharm.assistant” (not going to say her name) just told me-Nope! When asked if she was planning to open the pharmacy. So these 5 stars go to the person who helped me today with the Covid test, not this obnoxious pharmacy assistant.

Sent there from the Medina ER as they were the only pharmacy open until 10 on the weekends. Was passing a kidney stone and needed the painkillers to get through the experience. Arrived and the screens were down but there was a pharmacist behind the screen. I spoke with her, knowing that Medina ER just spoke with them 20 minutes prior and asked if she could fill the script due to the pain. Was told 'no, we've shut down the terminals' - I explained the pain as was told 'nope, there was a problem with the insurance. " Which was weird - cuz I called Medina ER back and they told me to then go to Berea CVS. No issues, no insurance problems - got the meds then and there and made it through the pain due to their professionalism. I use Rite-Aid, and, with such an incredibly poor performance from the Strongsville CVS, I'm glad I do.

The worst experience, I waited for 45 minutes for the lady pick up a Mupirocin ointment from a shelf and to put in a bag, because according to her was not ready.
