CVS Pharmacy, Columbus OH

The pharmacy does not deserve any stars today! My experience today at cvs bexley Ohio was undoubtably the worst ever. From the time I was asked my information to the time it took to find and fix errors not of my own was extremely poor and unprofessional. Tiffany, the Pharmacist, is rude, unprofessional and lacks any customer service. She needs to be removed from her post. I realize how busy that pharmacy is and I give my utmost respect in acknowledging that. But when someone in the leadership role who speaks to customers like dogs and thinks she can get away with it is not what CVS is about! After being directly rude to me several times I had my fill and told her to “drop the attitude! ” The entire pharmacy went quiet. As a Psychologist, it is obvious that the staff there walk on egg shells around her. She is 5’5, mean, and demands attention and power. All signs of a sociopath. She should not be placed (literally and figuratively) in the middle where she can demand this attention seeking behavior. I guarantee CVS WILL LOSE MORE CUSTOMERS BECAUSE OF TIFFANY!

Took a full day just to tell me that my prescription was out of stock. Pharmacy drive through not open during posted hours.

Can you wait a week to get your scrip filled? Hope so, 'cause that's how long it takes at this CVS. Hope it's not your insulin or heart meds.

I would give them zero stars if I could. For the second time in six months they’ve messed up a critical prescription. The store is nice, the people are nice, but there’s something seriously wrong with a pharmacy that repeatedly dispenses the wrong medication.
