3CVS in Fairview Park, OH has cut staffing from 2 pharmacy techs to 1, even during peak times. This has resulted in longer lines and MUCH slower service. Also several experienced techs have left CVS because of this corporate decision, leaving newer techs to try to manage. How many Rx errors will it take for CVS to put people before profits? My advice? Find another pharmacy that can balance customers, staff, and the balance sheet more effectively
The pharmacy techs here are the bomb. Fast, efficient and always remember me!? ! Even with demanding customers they never lose their cool. It makes coming to pick up Rx’s nice because I always know they’re going to be nice to me—which is a rarity in retail!
