Just an awesome introductory experience. I can’t remember his name now (I’m awful with names), but he was so helpful in every aspect of what I was looking for. His insight based on his knowledge AND experience was very much appreciated (associate 112777).

Bought a set of tires and they mounted and balanced. Everything went smoothly. The employees are very friendly. Will shop here again.

Bailey and Lauren were so friendly and very helpful. We were checked on multiple times during our shopping experience. Great environment, we will be back to cycle gear!

Went I'm to purchase a full face helmet for the wife and the sales associate was very helpful. Showed us the different offerings, answered our questions and helped select a helmet that was the right fit.

Went for a change of a new tire into the wheel of my DR-Z and everything went fast and smooth totally recommended!

Poor customer service. Pretty much helped myself through the store. Climbed the ladder myself and all. They just stood by the register. Wasn’t like they was busy with another customer or anything.

Adam did a great job going over some of the different options I had in riding gear and was very proficient in checking me out and installing my Edge communication system on my helmet

Not the best quality visors. I bought a replacement one that was darker for the sun and it was all scratched up. Didn’t see it until my daughter got home. Very upsetting. You couldn’t see the scratches until the plastic film was was pulled off. Check your visor before you leave the store. It’s cool, but they need better quality control.

The guys there were very helpful and worked well with us trying on a lot of helmets to see what would fit. Very knowledgeable! Thank you! We drove almost 2hrs away so it was worth it for the help they gave.

I don't even know the salesman's name because I walked out on them and went to another store to buy what I needed. First, I needed an open-face helmet for local riding. I did my research online and found the Bell Pitboss as my preferred choice. I didn't know my head size so I figured I'd get measured while I bought the helmet. Not only did I get a B. S.answer about "not measuring people in years" and a lame excuse about not having a $2 tape measure (it's like a shoe store that doesn't have a foot measuring device), but it was his truly obnoxious attitude and "Slimy Used Car Salesman" words, emotions, and energy that tipped the scales (did they hire this guy from Ganley?). I will never return. I went to another motorcycle store, and not only did I get my helm, but also my measurements and everyone was friendly and helpful. Cycle Gear needs to change their bad attitudes and provide real service if they want to be a successful business in this modern age.

P. S. I left my old review because it's important to understand that businesses can change.and in this case, they are Black-Balled on my BlackList!

Joe is worth his weight in gold. I'm new to cruising and his insight, patience and experience are just what I needed to get back into a long, lost love. He's been outstanding at helping me find the riding gear that works for me. Perfect! Added bonus that their ordering & return policy are the extra service that makes it worth buying here than even online. Enjoy!

Got a notification on my phone 4th of July morning that Cycle Gear was having a 4th of July sale. Much to my surprise they were even open on the 4th of July and begin in the market for a new helmet, l decided to pay a visit. My BILT helmet l had purchased from Cycle Gear 8 years prior was pretty well spent. The sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful in fitting me up with a new SEDICI helmet I'm very pleased with for a very reasonable sale price. Thank you Cycle Gear️
