Went to Cycle Path to have a rear flat fixed. Staff was fast, friendly and the price was very reasonable. I will absolutely return for parts/service if necessary in the future. Thanks again.

Needed a repair for an exercise bike as opposed to a conventional outdoor bike. The team here was more than willing to use their skills to diagnose and fix the problem I was having with it. Amazing team of people here.

Everyone is super nice there, and they did a wonderful job on my bike. Repairs were done in a timely manner, especially considering how busy they were.

I was riding with our cycle group steady pedaling headline traveled from Columbus to ride the Nelsonville to Athens trail when my cable broke. I road on two gears for 17 miles to get to OU. We took my bike to cycle path and they were so gracious and replaced the broken cable with a new one while we waited. Thank you all. Your customer service was excellent!

I had have had several great experiences at Cycle Path. They fixed my shoes for free and also gave me an excellent tutorial on changing a tire. They are awesome and so helpful!

We were traveling on vacation and let's just say our tandem that was being carried atop or SUV came to grief with a parking structure over hang. The brake lever was broken and I stopped in, they were so friendly and fixed our bike within 2 hours. They even gave recommendations about sites to see instead of waiting at the shop. The world needs more people like those at Cycle Path. Tremendous service, great people!

Great shop! I took some handlebars in to be trimmed down, and they did it on the spot (which I wasn't expecting). They also didn't charge me for it (also unexpected), suggesting that I just leave a tip and/or a positive review, which I am happy to do. I've come here a couple of times previously and been completely satisfied with the service (professionally done and reasonably priced).

Had an emergency blow out and they couldn't have been any better. So quick, so friendly and great prices. Very thankful for them as they saved my vacation.

Is a wonderful bicycle shop, the staff there are very sociable and extremely knowledgeable and in their trade, they do great buisness and seem to have quite a few customers, i plan to visit them again soon.

Cycle Path is a long-standing bike shop with great staff. Even with the closure of two other bike shops in 2020-2021, they continue to give great service. On two occasions this past year, I needed to replace a part on a bike (chainring and pedals). They paused the work they were already doing and had me set in 15 minutes.
