"All the guys are great and very helpful they know the answers to the questions would you ask they do a great job the customer service is all great I drive all the way from Franklin Ohio to Western Hills hotel service and service is great"

Will not service my rzr because I didn't buy it there but have bought several motorcycle and side by sides there.will not go back

Okay, I ordered 3 parts from Dallas on 08/18/2020 for a Kawasaki motorcycle. I was told that it would be "about a week" before they came in. My wife called on 08/25/2020 to see if they would be in this week. She was told they would be on time. On 8/27/2020 I called and talked to the parts manager and asked them to track the pieces. I was told that they would be in today, 8/28/2020, I just got off the phone with Dallas saying the parts were on back order.

Take their time frames with a grain of salt. I could of ordered online via a internet source and save about 40 bucks but i tried to do the right thing and order from a local shop and got burned. Won't be using them anymore.

I understand one off parts are hard to come by sometimes. But flat lying is unacceptable.

A little Overpriced but great staff and have parts you need. I shop here regularly for 10+ years so willing to pay a little extra for the right parts

I have been a customer for over 20 years. They always have great customer service it every dept.and usually stock most parts. Stocked parts in most businesses are rare these days but they manage to do a great job with this. I would highly recommend going there. ”

Every time I visit a Cycle Specialties store Im treated with kindness, attention and respect. This is the best motorcycle shop in the Tri-state hands down!
I bought a Scorpion Women’s jacket and a helmet through them. They went out of their way to find my pink sugar skull which had been discontinued. Love this business!

Evan was very professional/knowledgeable about this product. He showed me all the Do's and Don'ts of upkeep/maintenance. If you are in the market for 1 or 2 see him. It will not be a waste of your time. I would recommend Cycle Specialties for all your boating needs!

If this was the last place left on earth to purchase a toy, I would never own one again. Evan I believe is the one who answered the phone and was a complete ass hole which wouldn't be the first time. I tried to purchase something from them a year ago and he's rude, arrogant and I'm not sure if it's because he's making too much money to where he doesn't care how he treats people trying to purchasing something but never again will I try to buy something from this store. I tried on Tuesday to get pricing on jet skis and he acted like some how I was bothering him and was very rude. So instead of moving forward, I hung up with him and called Yamaha of Louisville and Wednesday afternoon drove down there and bought a brand new 2018 Yamaha vxr and a 2018 Yamaha gp 1800 and a trailer.

I was passing through town on my Honda Valkyrie during a cross country trip when my rear brakes started dragging. No problem, I stopped in to purchase the pads and set to work in the parking lot. I had some trouble and needed to borrow a larger screwdriver. As a mechanic, it's not good business to lend out tools to customers, much less strangers. The guys at Cycle Specialties were so accommodating and got me exactly what I needed to get safely back on the road. Good folks and extremely helpful. I'm not in the Cinci area, but would highly recommend this shop based on the experience I had.

“I must say buying my Voyager was a pleasant experience from the first time I spoke to Terry and Evan and all the way through the sale. I never felt pressured like when you are usually making a purchase of a motor vehicle. Great guys to deal with all the way through the process including finance and prep. The parts department they're cool there the service department not so good they don't know too much about Suzuki motorcycles even though it is a Suzuki dealership they tried to charge me $600 to replace a back caliper and a master cylinder every time I take my bike there they act like they don't want to fix my bike which doesn't make sense to me the one in Fairfield isn't any better it's safe to say I will have to travel outside of Cincinnati to find a different Suzuki dealership with mechanic to actually know what they're doing and know what they're talking about and once he's not going to try to screw you on the price

The restocking fee gets to be ridiculous especially when certain items cost over a thousand dollars to buy, such as racing suits. I know it doesn't cost over two hundred dollars to send it back! I have shopped for motorcycle gear online and closeout items at other stores can be returned however, Cycle usually doesn't return closeout items. Over the last few months I have purchased items that have fallen apart within 6 months or less. My atomic 5.0 jacket inside liner would unzip from the bottom when I stuck it on. I called the Cycle in Fairfield to see if that brand would fix it since I only had it for less than 4 months and wore it maybe 5 times. I was told they'd call me back within 30 minutes but, I never even heard back from them. I purchased a jacket at Cycle and when I called I was told it was there but, when I arrived they told me they saw a Kawasaki box with a jacket in it so they figured it was mine when it wasn't. Days later I hadn't heard anything so I called again and they told me it was sent to the wrong place. I absolutely love my scorpion helmet that I purchased in March of 2017, I couldn't be more satisfied! I hate how reward points between the two stores can't be combined among the stores. I purchased a 2014 Kawasaki Ninja from the Fairfield location which I love, however, the process of getting it to my house was a nightmare. This makes me question if I ever want to buy another bike from here. I was told before purchasing the bike that someone from Cycle would tow it to my house but then they kept trying to change it. I'd have to say the Fairfield location has an amazing service department and did a fantastic job servicing my bike. They serviced it in a timely manner rather the Western hill store I spent 3 months waiting on a part that I eventually had them purchase from another company. As I was waiting on my part for my bike they complained about how I needed to get my bike but the carbs were dirty so it wouldn't even run correctly. I have talked to Jeff on several occasions but unless I walk in the store the employees will hold me back from talking to him. I was told by a Cycle employee that I was not allowed to talk to him because It was WASTING the owners time. This is not something that should be said to a customer, especially since they didn't even know what it was about!

My name is Quincy, I recently purchased a motorcycle here. Evan, West, Austin and chad especially Evan were all awesome. Answered any and all question I’ve had in person or over the phone. They all know my name when I arrive which makes me feel welcomed an like I have a home store.
