I had nothing but trouble from Sears too of the line equipment. (Washer and dryer both!). Contacted Haney's and 2 days later delivered a very clean used washer. They removed my old unit and installed, and test ran the appliance to verify it worked properly. AWESOME PEOPLE, AND COURTEOUS. Very fair priced!

Absolutely trustworthy, kind and educational staff. I got my washer years ago for a great price, and when it needed a repair 5 years later, it was repaired correctly for a reasonable price. I will always get my appliances from D & N.
