The only place to take your pool samples! I've been shopping here for over 13 years and will fornthe next 13! Take your sample in tell them some info and watch them do their work! This is the places where they know you by name.

This is my go to place for pool supplies and info. I never leave there with more product than I need. Many times with a little less than they could sell me so I can see how water reacts to the treatment. I used to go to a larger chain store and it always cost me a ton of money.

D&R is where you need to go if you have a pool! Ron and Linda have been in the business for many, many years and they know how to get your pool in excellent condition. They will not try to sell you stuff you don’t need! My pool got into a chlorine lock situation because I was sold the wrong chemicals at another pool store! They sell pumps, filters, chemicals, chlorine, and toys and floats. So glad we found D&R—we are now loyal customers!

Quick service, sound advice, honest opinions. Ron and crew have made owning a pool as easy and pleasurable as can be. From open to close of the pool, chemicals and pool heater, they take care of it all, and in a professional manner. I have complete trust on any recommendations and/or advice given. I contacted them because they had great reviews and ratings. I was put on the schedule and told to text my address to Steve who does the installs. He never showed up or called on the day I was scheduled. I called back and Steve told me that he never got the text after I told him that i text him right after we spoke on the phone. I set another appointment, Steve came on time and never knocked or called just walks into my backyard. What if my wife was tanning or something? I didn't say anything about it but went out to speak to him. He told me that there was electrical that needed done and i said i would get it fixed but he couldn't do anything till its done which means it would be at least another 3 weeks. I was upset and said I'll find another company and told him i was upset that he never contacted me from the previous appointment. Then starts raising his voice pointing at me saying i never text and when i said i did he then starts shouting until i told him to get off my property. He laughs and keeps yelling oh ill leave. I call in to complain and they literally told me that i should find another place and i could keep venting if i wanted to but they weren't going to do a thing.
I have the whole thing on camera and my neighbor was out who watched and heard the whole thing. I'm shocked by their dismissive attitude and by Steve all together.

Bought a pool having it installed this summer. Lady that helped us was friendly and knowledgeable I'll see how the insulation goes this summer. Had pool installed an early June pool installation was a disaster guys had extra digging to do so it cost me an extra $400 which is understandable but The mess left behind I had to throw away all the boxes I had a big giant pile of sod and stones and rocks and everything else dumped in my yard when they could easily dump it on the driveway so it did not kill my grass but they never asked where I wanted it I was told I had to backfill on the back side of the pool which me and my wife did about a month later after some heavy rain water got underneath the liner washed out all the sand now the liner is sagging and got big dips in it probably won't make it through the winter when I called Don and asked him about the situation he told me well I'm sorry to hear that but I told you you had to backfill and I told him I did backfill like you told me to and then about 5 hours later he text me back and said well maybe might have to put a drain or something in like a tile I'm like really a tile or drain so I called the store talk to some lady on the phone she says there's nothing we can do about it you'll have to talk to Don I said I already talked to Don Don basically told me he didn't have time to come and look at it or could do anything about it she said well I'll have the owner call you and talk to you which of course he never did either so now I have $5,000 invested in the swimming pool with a liner that is screwed up and probably won't last up through the winter so buyer beware if anything is wrong with your pool insulation you'll get no help from these people about correcting the situation

Friendly staff! Very knowledgeable every disastrous pool water mishaps I’ve encountered. I swear they can get any pool back to blue!
