Great training facility for all ages. Rookie class is fun and helps develop skill for ages 7-11. Recommend without reservations. Coaches all very positive and encourage all the trainees!

There are really good trainers. They make sure that the next day you come in you are sore and stronger. You lift waits, run, do ropes, sled poles, and many more. If you need to get in shape this is the right place. When you go there the trainers make you feel like your at home. You will want to go there day after day after day. I highly recommed.
