Dairy Queen (Treat), Wooster OH

Place was busier than a cat crossing the highway.
But they were so polite efficient and seemed like there was hardly no wait.

I'm always happy to stop by Dairy Queen. The staff here are very kind and do a good job (this DQ doesn't have a grill; only frozen desserts). I'm very glad that DQ introduced the mini size for Blizzards.

They currently only serve drive thru, unless you're ordering a cake.

I tried to order a DQ blizzard cake.but as a joke between my daughter and I, they absolutely refused to use a joke name as "Turdlette" between my daughter and I.because it could offend someone.smh! Absolutely Pathetic! Seriously.what's wrong with that?

The only reason I gave it 4 stars is they don't have the ability to serve grilled foods, but they are friendly and have great, friendly employees.

I scream, you scream, let's go to Dairy Queen! Food is good and of course who doesn't love ice cream? !
I like that they have Orange Julius too

Love the mint chocolate shake! I don't bother with mcd's anymore. Due to the quality here and never having to worry about the machine being down or if it's the correct time of the year!

They are overpriced for the value you get with a dollar. The vanilla ice cream at Dairy Queen chain is almost tasteless. I have eaten Gelato to low quality ice cream from stores and other frozen treat type of businesses, and dairy queen vanilla ice cream rates the same taste as the stuff they sell at the store that they dont even call ice cream. They call it something along the lines of whipped frozen vanilla ice dessert. Mcdonalds vanilla ice cream has a better taste. They have other good products such as smoothies moolatte, julius, but the ice cream products are weak and it is too much money for too little value. I remain a customer and pay high prices for the drink like items i mentioned above but any ice cream treats, i continue to go elsewhere. Nothing personal, its just the truth!

I like the blizzards the best but the only part I don't like is the ice cream is kind of icey. Needs to be more creamy

Horible service ice cream was half melted and ruddest people in line like just wait your turn!

Its nothing to brag about really Dary Land is a step up and im pretty sure everything else is a step up and the pinnacle is being homemade, the chili dogs are pretty good

Got four Blizzards and they were all great. They weren't joking with the Reece's Extreme.

Great place to go, but they need to open the inside up, just let a few people in at a time. The drivethur line is to long.

It would be nice to get what you order. Ordered 2 milkshakes extra thick they were not extra thick. Not the first time either. Time to find a new place for extra thick shakes

A little unhappy. I always order the 2 for 4. I didn't realize I had to actually tell them I want the 2 for 4 since there are only 4 items available for it. So I've been paying extra.

I placed an order online for a bday cake, to be picked up a week later. I received an email confirmation after the order was placed. I went to pick it up even after the time I said I’d be there and they had no cake, nothing. Not happy! I had to leave and hurry to find a cake elsewhere! Glad I hadn’t paid for it and will not return here! I’ve ordered from Orrville Dairy Queen in the past and something like this has never happened.

Very patient. We had an issue deciding what we wanted. They helped us with it would recommend it anytime

Sloppy Blizzards, so thin they fall out if your drive thru flipped them before they served them.
