Dairy Queen (Treat) reviews
8Kid’s working there have the worst attitude ever. They don’t even say hi or acknowledge you at all when you walk in. Then it’s just awkward silence before they ask what you want. They act like they hate you just for walking in. Get a different job if you hate it that much. You’re making ice cream… it’s really not that hard.:/
Hubby went in this evening for two medium blizzards, he got black cherry with large chunks of cherries and chocolate, I order a butterfinger and had slivers of candy so small could barely see, he went back in and actually seen them scoop out of slivers in the second one, when I just wanted a refund. I will not go back, how cheap can you get with the candy at the price of the blizzard.
The Dilly Bars are LITERALLY half the size they were a year ago and yet they went up in price. Also, this facility is violating federal ADA laws by not having anyway for a wheelchair to enter the building nor do they have any handicap parking. The owner obviously believes he's above the law! Let's find out!
The ice cream was good, could do with a little less attitude but they seemedd to be working alone so it's understandable
This dairy queen experience was absolutely incredible.its a quaint beautiful shop with flowers outside and the most wonderful team of workers.they made the best blizzard i’ve ever tasted.crew member named Caitlin was absolutely wonderful, 10/10 service and was greeted with a smile.:)
I recently went in to use a gift card since I rarely go to DQ anymore. There were problems with the registers that weren't the employees' fault, and they were very polite and apologetic. However, I waited over 40 minutes for my order and only after that wait did they ask if I had another form of payment. I shouldn't have had to pay a cent for that food that normally would have taken 5 minutes to serve. There needs to be a responsible team member available to solve issues when they arise and maintain a decent level of customer service.
I will never be going back here again. My mother purchased a box of Dilly bars for me on Friday October 9th 2020 (I put this date since they won’t answer their phone at the location). The bars were barely covered in chocolate. That wasn’t the bad issue though. Two different dilly bars had hair behind the hardened chocolate. It was clear that whoever was making them was either high or does not care about the way their product turns out. If I was the owner of this location I would be having a new training with my employees. You would think with the “extra Covid precautions” it would be impossible for hair to get in two different dilly bars. ”
Drive the extra distance to the Austintown Location.
