9I came here and asked for a s’mores blizzard. The woman explained that they no longer carried that kind but she could make me something similar. She went out of her way to be kind and I really appreciated it.
I understand that kids need jobs but each time I go there its totally unorganized and the service is slow. I have never seen an adult manager there. Many times my orders are not made correctly. Peanut Buster parfaits should have chocolate and nuts in the middle. Prices have gone up and service and quality have gone down. We kept giving it a try hoping it was just a one or two time thing but it's not. We stopped going.
Follow up to the DQ Response: We just went through the drive thru (10-6-2023) and got two peanut buster parfaits. All I can say is unreal. They are worse than last time! Almost no hot fudge or peanuts in either one. The quality at this location has to be the worst I have ever seen. We will NEVER go back!
I've always enjoyed chicken strip baskets, but you Need more GRAVY for 6 strip baskets. You do seriously
Food was really good. Wait was minimal, only reason I’m dinging a star was just because they didn’t seem very friendly.
I love the triple fudge brownie with extra caramel added delicious if you haven't had one try it brownie is so good
I have gotten blizzards so many times that were made with hardly any add ins, not adding the chocolate when they are supposed to be made with it, orange Julius watery and flavorless. Elm rd. DQ is Waaaay better, however, they don't do the app yet. They also overmix the blizzards and disintegrate the add ins.
My stuff is never right and they always leave giant blobs of unblinded vanilla ice cream on top of blizzards!
Fryer and grill were down 42 minutes before they closed. Weird they were all broke. Person moping the front. You want to close at 8 close at 8. Don't say 9 you lost alot of money with the band concert letting out at Warren at 8. Will never waste a dollar here again! EVER!
My husband wanted a snack, so the only place open was the Howland Dairy Queen at 8pm. The food was awful threw it it in the trash. He ordered the chicken tender 6 piece with fries how many times can you reheat chicken and refry French fries…. The blizzards we’re not mixed ……. We will drive to Handel’s or Katie’s from now on.
