A bunch of teenagers running a circus. The girl that took out order had the personality of a doorknob. Your front line is where the customer service should be top notch and it’s far from that. Your tenders are swimming in gross bbq sauce. Straight to the trash. Workers munching on fries in the back while taking care of orders.not surprised at the quality but do better. Just sad.

Every time this one guy is work my stuff is messed up and he never gives me a Drinking stroll napkins And every time I ask you gives me an attitude.

Food order was incorrect twice, the kids working were not being managed, they were hollering for all to hear, one was asleep in the dining room. They were running around snapping each other in the neck with spoons.

I normally don’t write reviews but tonight I am the lady taking our order was super nice and patient but one thing on our order was wrong which is completely okay and we were still waiting on one more thing so we just simply said what it was supposed to be and they took it back and two of the workers were just rude about it and they “fixed” it but it wasn’t even fixed I believe they just gave us the same thing back and I normally love going to DQ but not this one no more I use to work in customer service and honestly it’s not that hard y’all need to get better Customer Service

This place is great! Great food and great blizzards. Personally this is my favorite Dairy Queen I drive 45 minutes just to come here

Took great grand daughter for her ice cream. Very clean and atmosphere was great. Will definitely come back for ice cream

I only got an ice cream sundae it was hot out. It was good. First time getting ice cream there.

Ordered through mobile app. Put no ranch and got basically extra ranch on my sandwich. The kid working did not even make sure if I had anything else and didn't even give me the blizzards, dilly bar, or drink. Had to ask for them. The kid also had an attitude. You could tell that he did not want to be there at all. His friends were in the lobby and they just basically talked and did nothing. Also did not get the milk with the kids meal. Multiple employees working but took almost 5 mins to get help on the front counter. Horrible experience.

ODDLY I do not get ice cream here. I am trying to lose weight. However, DQ makes a mean burger and chicken sandwich. Highly recommend.

Used the mobile app for my order. It was completed earlier than expected. The food was hot. The ice cream and slushie were cold and so tasty. Restaurant was clean and employees were very pleasant.

Most disappointing DQ experience of my life. The fries were old and the gravy was literally just white water.

The crew was really busy, but very fast and efficient. The restaurant and bathrooms were very clean. We enjoy stopping in for a snack now and then!

Don't bother with this location. Our orders seem to always be messed up and then you have to waste time going back inside to get it corrected. Some of the workers at night are very rude about you wanting your order corrected and will give you an attitude when it was clearly their mistake. You will continue to lose customers with those attitudes. Everyone makes mistakes occasionally, but it is how the mistake is handled that will determine if customers will return. This store could use some basic training on what should be common sense customer service practices.

Every time I go in there they always forget to give me something so I gotta walk in to tell them about it and they profile me bc I have tattoos and ask for a receipt everytime for something as small as gravy. Not satisfied with the customer service food isn’t all that great. Overall 0

The food could have been better. Only order one shake 2 burgers had to wait forever nobody in front of us.
