Dairy Queen Grill & Chill, Niles OH

They give someone who is allergic to wheat a bun on a cheese burger that was ordered "plain no condiments ands no bun, meat and cheese only" and then won't even replace the meal but want us to come all the way back to get another burger and eat cold fries and a melted sundae when we get back there. Shiiitty customer service to say the least after being so careless that they could have seriously hurt someone with their negligence.

Very disappointed. Even as an adult I still like anything that has sprinkles so decided to try the sugar cookie dough blizzard. This was a to go order so didn't notice the discrepancies between advertising and actual item until I got it home. No sprinkles, couldn't taste any frosting and very little cookie dough. Won't be going back, Cold Stone Creamery will get all my ice cream business.

This blows my mind they charge extra for things on the burger that should come with it. Their pricing structure is all out of whack. For this I will never return, the food was good, the people were good. Not the pricing!

Pretty good Dairy Queen, food can sometimes take a while to cook but it ends up tasting great. The people there are pretty cool as well besides that one demon. Awesome place and I also really love the massive plate with the history of DQ and the historic DQ photo canvases.

This is my favorite this to get from dairy queen before i try all the food menu items from DQ next year for smash it foodie XL.the employees were super friendly and the food was done well.there was a little wait but trust me its worth it. The chicken was cooked well so were the fries and the classic chili cheese dog was jus amazing the chile cheese dog in my ratings were 7.1 out of 10 the BBQ chicken basket for me is 7.8 out of 10 well done eastwood DQ! These ladies were very busy getting everyone's orders out. It took a bit longer than normal but everyone was very nice to let us know about the delays. We got a couple of blizzards and one of the new girls made them. I must say that they were made perfectly and with a very fair amount of goodies. I overheard her ask her trainer for help because she didn't want to mess up. Her trainer told her to just read the chart and walked away. Well, I hope she reads this as she made some darn good blizzards and for that. I thank you!

Food & Service was fire! The oreo brookie w/ reese's added to it is On Point! Onion Rings were even better, loved the crunch!

Went thru the drive thru, ordered a Root Beer Freeze. It was good. Needed more Root Beer for taste, but otherwise it was ok.

On July 8th my wife and I stopped here to eat. Just before we ordered an employee punched out for lunch. We both ordered and my wife sat outside while I waited for our food. As I waited I counted three employees in the lobby on break. After twenty minutes I inquired about our food to which I was told we're still waiting on it. Mind you countless others were helped at the drive through. 25 minutes later a couple comes in and orders for dine in. At 30 minutes the employee returns from her break and approached me with food and asked me for my order number. I gave it to her and she said okay? Then proceed to give to the couple that came in five minutes earlier. She went behind the counter and pulled their copy of our order and showed it to the manager. I went off describing everything I just stated. Got told there was a mix up in back and the kid on the counter is still in training. We asked for a refund which they argued about because, now our food was ready. I reached out to the customer care number last Monday and did not hear anything. So I emailed the CEO. I then called this location back and basically got treated the same way I was when I was there. The assistant manager I spoke to said the young man had been done with training for a few weeks now and she would review the tapes and get to the bottom of it and she would have her general manager call me back. The general manager was the woman who gave us problems about our refund. Guessing by the fact that she called me ten minutes later, the tapes were never looked at. The GM also said she spoke to her DM and he told her to offer us a $10 gift card for somewhere else. In our opinion we should have gotten a refund and our food. I would give zero stars but, there is not an option for that.

Best location by far. Chicken tenders are hot and edible! Onion rings are perfect, blizzard done to perfection

Found two purple/red hairs in my food. Called the manager and was told that “no one who worked there had that color hair. ” No attempt to make it right.

My husband is bald and I have brown hair. It’s certainly not MY hair. Will certainly never return to this DQ and have told my friends and family as well. Horribly disgusted.

Wow, what a difference in the quality of products! We always go to the Howland Dairy Queen and the blizzards at the Eastwood Mall Dairy Queen actually have strawberries, graham crackers, and cheesecake in the blizzard that you can see and taste! This is our new spot!

The employee here named Avah R did a great job taking my 10 separate orders. She was very professional, efficient, and polite.

You're Drive thru is Terrible; customer service is rude, 5 Ppl standing around while I waited 20 minutes for 2 banana splits that consists of 1/2 a banana, 1 part of a strawberry, 3 piece of pineapple, no chocolate and splatter with Cool whip. All due respect, I'll try Handle's!

Took way too long to get a mini blizzard and it was pretty melted, tasted fine though so can't complain too much

Doesn’t close until 11pm but we pull up to the drive thru at 10: 30 and was ignored and you pull up to the window and they just joking around. Lost money ignoring customer
