Daly's Appliance, Barberton OH

Great to see an "old fashioned" appliance store doing well. Everything they sell is higher quality; no inferior "cheapskate specials" that you find at the big box stores. We bought our Speed Queen washer on a holiday weekend, and it was promptly delivered on Tuesday. Our basement steps turn 90° and are far from the easiest to navigate, but they got the new washer in and the old one out without so much as a scratch on any surface. Their attention to detail and care was better than any I've experienced with past appliance deliveries. I highly recommend Daly's for quality appliances and excellent personal service.

The only reason I am giving this business two stars is because the sales people are nice and helpful. I bought a Whirlpool fridge last summer from Daly’s. The ice maker had to be purchased separately. The man from Daly’s who showed up to install it showed up drunk because to quote him, “it’s 5 o clock somewhere. ” He asked if I minded if he drank a beer in my driveway. WOW. Of course he installed the ice maker wrong and I had to have someone else come out the next week to fix it. Now here we are less than 8 months later and the seal is already coming off of the fridge door. It is also making the telltale high pitched whining sound that means the compressor is going. When I called to ask if they would come take a look at it, I was told they don’t do repairs and I would have to contact Whirlpool. I will never shop here again, which is sad because it’s a local business.

They don’t keep their word! It’s now almost a year and still never got the new panel for the front of my washer that was dented after they forgot to remove something underneath the washer when they set it up! They came highly recommend to me but I wouldn’t buy anything from them again!

This is my go to place for any appliance, I have flipped a few houses I’ve sold some houses I really have them and rent them out and I always come here. We actually built our house and used appliances from Dayls. The employees are terrific they usually have everything in stock. I recommend them to anybody I know looking for appliances.
