We had the pleasure of working with Dana Garrett when we bought our home in Milford Center about 14 years ago. There were some hiccups that had NOTHING to do with Dana and I thank God that she was by our side to help us through those rough spots. Another realtor might not have made us the priority, but Dana treated us like her only client. She is honest, genuine, and lives in the real world! When we needed redirection or to hear alternatives Dana was honest enough not to just tell us what we wanted to hear, but tactful, kind, and professional enough to explore those options without making us feel foolish or ignorant (which we definitely were). She is a true professional in every sense of the word yet grounded enough to understand and empathize with regular folks. I fully intend on utilizing her services for all of my real estate needs in the future and I would recommend the same to anyone else who wants to get down to business but not be treated like a number.
