She worked with us as we tried different ways to obtain our first home. We made a bunch of offers of which all were rejected (only one was accepted at the very last). We tried land and tried to see if we could have a house built, but we weren't getting anywhere. She would work well past midnight and on weekends too to answer our questions, contact seller's agents with questions, setting up tours, talking with builders, getting all paperwork ready for us to sign, going back and forth contacting people. I have worked with a multitude of buying and selling agents over the last few years and Shawna was the worst experience I’ve had with an agent. She was unresponsive, not returning calls, texts, or acknowledging offers on her client’s property. Her client had a property that had multiple offers on it, and rather than asking each buyer for their highest and best offer, she just accepted one, certainly costing her client thousands, if not tens of thousands of dollars. You’d be better off listing your property for sale by owner as she does not have her clients best interest in mind.

Shawna has helped me close on two homes over the last 14 months. She is responsive, professional, and most importantly caring! She always answers her phone. When I wanted to see a house, she made it happen even though it wasn’t possible. I ended up buying that house!
