Fantastic and thorough staff. Replaced transmission for my BMW and it runs and shifts smoothly. They even identified and fixed an O2 sensor issue. Professionals. Highly recommend, and will continue to give them my business.

I AM SO GRATEFUL TO BEN AND JOE AT DANCO TRANSMISSION, FOR ALL THEIR HELP AND KINDNESS WHEN
I WAS IN GREAT DISTRESS.
I WAS TOLD TO CALL DANCO TRANSMISSION. I WAS TOLD THEY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND THEIR SERVICE TO THE PUBLIC
AND WORK HARD TO MAINTAIN A GREAT REPUTATION IN THE GREATER CINCINNATI AREA.
I MUST SAY THE INFORMATION I HEARD WAS CORRECT.
DANCO HAS AN EXSOLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT. THEY ARE HANDS ON, VERY INFORMATIVE.
THEY LISTENED TO MY PROBLEM THEN ASSURED ME THEY WOULD
TOW MY CAR IN AND DO THE
DIAGNOSTICS WHICH WOULD TELL ME EXACTLY WHAT WAS WRONG. WHICH WAS THE INFORMATION I COULD NOT GET FROM ANOTHER TRANSMISSION SHOP WITH OUT SIGNING AND PAYING FIRST.
I WAS GIVEN THE DIAGNOSIS, PROGNOSIS, THE COST, A LIST OF THE DEFECTIVE PARTS AND AN ESTIMATE OF TIME INVOLVED FOR REPAIRS.
THEY ALSO TOOK CARE OF ALL THE PAPER WORK
ENVOLVED.
THEY TURNED A MESSY SITUATION IN TO A STREMLINE IN AND OUT STRESSLESS FEW DAYS.
THEY HELPED ME MASTER CAR SHIELD AND FINNALY GOT ME A MUCH BETTER DEAL.
I CAN'T STOP SINGING THEIR PRAISES.
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING.

I've gone here on 2 occasions. One to have brake lines repaired, and the other for A/C. With my car being so close to 100K they decided to give it a thorough look through which I fully appreciated. Turns out my transmission was on the way as well. Made the whole process super easy and kudos to Joe for explaining everything all the way through.

Above and beyond wonderful. After getting off a shift to a dead vehicle and an unhelpful experience with a nearby business, I called in a panic near the end of a weekday. Not only did the Danco team take my vehicle in the same day to look it over, the next afternoon they had everything road ready. They even followed up with the other business to make sure everything was exactly how it should be. Forever grateful, and delighted to have a local and independent mechanic I know I can trust! Will definitely be back for all my auto woes! Thanks again guys.

I finally found an honest mechanic who's not out get rich off of my '04 Ford F150.the crew at Danco was fast, thorough and affordable. Most recently, Danco took on my 2010 Ranger, 2018 & 2019 Chevy Colorados.showing they can handle any make as efficient as the next. I highly recommend this shop.

Fair and honest work. Pleasure working with this company. Only improvement I would recommend would be a status update throughout the process. Not and everyday call but something like parts have been ordered, parts arrived, installation start then obviously work complete. Would be a good automated process, maybe a text. Overall, extremely happy with the work!

I'm not sure where to start. Their customer service is great! I got my car back and got stranded the next day due to the negative battery terminal being loose. I have several cars and drive this one occasionally. Also while driving (braking), there's a noise coming from my passenger side rear. I take great care of my cars and keep them up to date on maintenance. I have to park the car on the street now due to a very dark fluid leaking on my driveway. I also checked under the hood and noticed that there's oil splashing from somewhere. The quality of service is very low. I'll need to talk with a lawyer to determine what to do next.

I recently got work done here and I have multiple complaints. I initially went in to get the catalytic converter repaired and the spark plugs and ignition coils replaced. I only went here because the owner of the business said it would be looked at in 1 day and would take 1 day to fix, two days in total. After I dropped off the car they continued to push the date back while saying everyday that they would look at it until it was 6 days later. If I would have known that it would take that long I would have brought it somewhere else. Another issue is that when diagnostics were done on the car they told me that the upper and lower ball joints were loose and said that it would be fine to drive for a while and that they did not recommend to get it fixed. It has now only been a few weeks since I picked up the car and the entire tire came off the car while I was driving and this caused lots of other repairs to be needed for the car to be drivable again. I would have really appreciated if they would have told me the repair of the ball joints was urgent since I would have done the repair immediately, rather than giving me false advice that put me in a very dangerous situation. I will not be coming back here for any work and I do not recommend them to anyone.

I don't recommend taking my lawn Mower All they ever wanna do is rebuild transmissions I had my transmission checked out had another place and all I needed was shift modules transmission running great now

As the owner of the Continental Roof Company, we have trucks that we're driving daily.sometimes all day long.when I buy a new truck, Joe Stewart at Danco makes sure that it's in good shape.when they go in for service, its fast and affordable.when there's a bigger issue, their Team is super communicative as to the issue, the options and the turn-around. The folks here have gone as far as dropping my trucks off at me office.saving me the trip.thanks Joe & Thanks Danco!

I had a very thorough experience with Danco. I brought my 2011 Subaru outback in for transmission work. It had several problems that were diagnosed as a bad CVT, torque converter, and rear driveshaft.

Round 1:
They finished in a somewhat reasonable timeframe (dealing with parts issues) and returned the vehicle. Several problems were fixed but some issues still remained. I called them back and they were apologetic and immediately set out to fix it.

Round 2:
After a week they called me back and said they had not been able to replicate the issue; however, they had done several extra steps for no charge that were above and beyond trying to fix it. I firmly believe this issue was actually due to one of their mechanics not properly test-driving the vehicle the second time.

Round 3:
Now I was speaking with Joe and he was incredibly apologetic and had me return the vehicle and take him on a test drive so I could properly replicate the issue. Armed with this, they were able to discover that the 'new' torque converter was in fact bad and had another new one quickly installed with the vehicle returned completely fixed.

Despite having the issues, I would absolutely recommend this shop to friends and family. They will stand behind their work and I think this was an anomaly.

If I had any recommendations for them, it would be to improve proactive communications with customers. But I understand that this is a smaller family shop and they are limited resources. Thanks to Joe, Jason and team for the good work!
