I would not send my dead dog there my mother told me how horrible all but 2 of the nurses were to her in this place making her lie in her own vomit n feces cause she wasn't able to get out of bed. She finally was able to after five hours n did everything but still she needed help n the foot deal they didn't take care of it just made it worse. Had to be life flighted back here to Pennsylvania end of October because she was in critical condition due to them not doing what they should of done. This place needs shut down maybe because she was white she was treated so badly. Not even a bath or a shower. In the 5 weeks she's was there. This place is terrible except for Jessie. She was the best

It’s a small facility but very comfortable and clean. The nursing and care staff are accommodating and take great care of the residents. I was impressed with the activities, physical therapy department and the food. They serve real eggs woohoo!

This place is horrible just horrible I am about to take APS there with me to show them just how bad they treat patients! Newsflash people those elderly people are just that elderly they are not prisoners and should not be treated as such! When I went to see my mother the nurses were bery rude with my husband and I acted like it killed her to open the door to let us in.
Then when we tried to talk to her she totally ignored us. Why is it people do not understand there is a thing called mental abuse and thats exactly what they are doing to these defenseles elderly people. I am trying to get my mom outta there but I cant find nowhere to take her closer to home.

This place is beyond terrible I wouldn't send my dog there now that my baby brother is no longer there I am going to make it my business to report to every TV channel No hot water, nasty attitudes stealing from patients and the staff is there are no words just nasty attitude

Love working with the staff here! They are competent and professional! Special shout out to Jacinda, the director of nursing! Thanks for all you do!

This nursing home is terrible. Residents are not changed and bathed for days, it's impossible to get anyone on the phone and the nurses have such bad attitudes. To think that your loved one is in such a place is disheartening because these people don't care. They are only there to pick up a check, no compassion for the patients they are taking care of and it's awful. If you have any other choices, please choose anyone else over this place. I will be filing a report with State and the Health Department.
