Customer service slow, resupply is not easy to control what you need or how much it will cost. Mask fitter technician must have been new, not very helpful and did not fill order per our appointment.

Marcy was very efficient and helped me to navigate the DASCO website quickly to help me change my mask to a new model. Great experience

You don't really deserve one star for your "service" on the "pay bill" site. Besides having to jump through hoops to pay a bill with pictures of mountains or bicycles, its impossible to make a payment. Your site is user "unfriendly" and I don't want to be put on any "auto" service. I just want to pay my bill! Is that too much to ask?

Katie called to follow up on my progress because I just started using a CPAP. I mentioned that it was too strong, so she made some adjustments and told me to retry. If that didn't work, she provided some other options. I like that she didn't dismiss my concerns and really listened to me.

I am so excited- they have an automated CPAP supply reorder system with my information (and can validate my identity before). It took less than 5 minutes. What a wonderful experience!

I have been told by osu that they have been sent two faxes with my prescription. They said they haven’t received it yet. I have had to deal with three osu locations and none of them communicate with each other! FRUSTRATING!

While customer service has been amazing, technicians not so much. Had a new hospital need delivered for my mom. He sets it up and then leaves. It doesn’t work. Doesn’t move. Was told Monday before they can fix. Um no today. My mom is paralyzed on one side and cannot sleep anywhere but a hospital bed.

I have had the worst experience with this company! It’s horrible. My husband requires an oxygen concentrator and they charge $240/mos to RENT one, forever. You never own it! I bought one for less than $400. I have contacted them at least 8 times by phone, sitting on hold for 15-20 minutes at a time and three times by email and they still have not managed to come pick the stuff up. They have said they were coming three different times. I have set an alarm to get up at 7: 45 so I don’t miss them and they still can’t get it picked up. Twice they didn’t even show up! Do NOT use this company if you can help it.

Aerion and Christina (and everyone at this location) are so helpful, knowledgeable and courteous! It relieves much of the stress we have about flying with oxygen. They truly stand out from most service providers we interact with! Our experiences with them and DASCO-OSU have been excellent and we really appreciate it!

Jerry delivered my mother in law’s equipment for us and he had went above and beyond with helping me put it together and showing us how to properly use it (the employees before did not). He was very respectful and helpful in every way. Thanks so much jerry.

Jerry came out to check our oxygen concentrator and he was so sweet and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we need and educate us on using the concentrator.

Jerry came to pick up the hospital bed and was so pleasant to visit with and very considerate of the hardwood floor, chair by bed, etc. I would highly recommend OSU Dasco if everyone is like Jerry.

I'm now about two months into using a CPAP for the first time and OSU/DASCO has made it great, even though I'm picky. Kudos to Kristen and Darienne in the Hilliard office for their kindness to an old geezer. Don't hesitate to get a CPAP from these folks! (My apologies for probably misspelling the names.)

Had some "beginners" issues with my CPAP equipment. Thanks to JoAnn Sparks, Dasco, she helped me obtain the equipment I needed! She was on it quickly and the follow-up was and is outstanding!

I recently went to the Hilliard location because I could not get my replacement water chamber to properly latch into place. The previous chamber had broken and the piece that broke was stuck inside the machine. They worked together to remove that piece. It took a little time, great coordination and lots of effort and fortitude to complete the task. Thank you to Theresa, Kristin and Darrien. Problem solved and better sleeping ahead!

They said they would be there for a pick up M-F from 2-5pm. My husband was sitting in front of their building, having rung the doorbell numerous times with no answer. Then he called the number and the woman said she'd send someone out. Twenty more minutes of waiting. I called and she said they looked out and didn't see him. So they lied. Will not use them again and I will let OSU Ortho know about this too.
