First of all, the quick service provided immediately upon my husband’s release from the hospital, was exceptional! Ron called and gave us a time frame and a second time when he was 40 minutes out. He arrived exactly on time, was very thorough and patient with explaining set up, care, and any service we may need. Ron was very personable and professional, helpful, and friendly. I can’t tell you how much we appreciated the service we received.

Ron came to our home and set up my wife's hospital bed. He informed us regarding compatible sheet sizes and, when finished, demonstrated the bed adjustments and controls. We appreciate his professional courtesy in removing his shoes on a rainy day each time he needed to bring parts in from his delivery van.

This supply company is the worst my bf called on Dec 4th to get supplies they didn't place the order never called so we called back on the 15th they were like we needed your information so I gave them all the information they asked waited 2 weeks still no supplies. My bf has been suffering with horrible sleep and I call today oh we needed further info, rep admitted this was their error but since he lost his job and started a new one he has to wait another 30 days to order supplies. Plus wait another 10 for delivery. I asked if we could at least buy the hose out of pocket 58 bucks no discount no compassion just take it or leave it attitude. The worst customer service I have encountered in a long time. Two thumbs down, zero stars they are the worst.

I have been a customer of Dasco for a very long time and seen lots of faces. Most recently Ron has been my delivery guy for my medical supplies. He's very much fun and thoughtful. He's always willing to help and respectful. He's always smiling and explains everything well. Thank you for such a great personality, Ron!

Ron was extremely helpful in solving the problem of a noisy Oxygen generator!
We were very impressed with the service of Dustin as well. These two technicians that have come to our home to install equipment have been very helpful and knowledgeable!

If I could post zero I would. Everything we called up there they always had an Excuse why they couldn't help us whether it was, it was not their problem, or they would call us back then. We wouldn't hear from them for weeks, months on end. STAY AWAY RUN!

They called 90 minutes before their delivery window to tell me that they were out of wheel chairs and the hoyer lift we needed was missing parts. They had 5 days lead time to make me aware of this, rather than waiting until the last minute. Instead of a smooth transfer of my parent to assisted living from a rehab, they left me scrambling for options with less than 24 hours before my parent was to move in. I had to buy a hoyer, rent a truck to go get it, and find a wheelchair or the new facility wouldn't accept her. The out of pocket cost was almost $1000 (only that cheap because I found a used hoyer on craigslist) when I had anticipated only paying copays. When I asked for an explanation, I was given none. Just an "oh well. " Then, they had the audacity to call 10 days later and say they had them in stock.
Absolutely unacceptable.
I depended on them and they not only failed me and my parent, they cost me considerable time, money and unnecessary stress. This caused a negative impact on not only my mental health but my existing health issues. Do not depend on them!

We had the pleasure of meeting Dustin yesterday evening after my grandfather was discharged from the hospital on a new prescription of oxygen. He met us as soon as we got home to set up the new machine and explain every detail and answered all of our silly questions. Other than being extremely thorough, his kindness was a blessing. My grandfather hallucinates with the medication he is on for his Parkinson's and he was seeing things while Dustin was there. Dustin did not bat an eye to respond to grandpas concerns, even though no one other than grandpa could see these things happening. This was so refreshing and appreciated. He wasn’t rude and he didn’t just brushed him off. He was so efficient and I can’t speak more highly of the intentional effort he made to not only ensure the equipment was set up properly and we understood how to use it but the attentiveness to my grandfathers needs as well even when he had more stops to make later in the evening. Thank you Dustin!
