Very professional and knowledgeable about the product. Daniel from the Dayton Branch was very eager to answer any and all questions about the product. I had more questions than most since I will have to pass the information forward when the patient returns home for use. Thanks again Daniel.

Rik G, did an excellent job accessing the problem with our concentrator. The next day he called to ask if we wanted the new concentrator delivered now or later in the evening. Rik was very knowledgeable and friendly.

I had a very good experience with Daniel at the Dayton office, he was very considerate and pleasant. Daniel was great about setting up my new hospital bed and showing me how to use it safely. Daniel also took my health into consideration by wearing a mask the whole time. I very much appreciate Dasco for being there for me when I need so much help.

Dasco has always been responsive to my calls and Richard from Dayton who came to my home to deliver equipment was very nice, thorough and efficient getting everything set up.

My husband and I give our highest praise to Dustin G, the representative who visited our home today and replaced the oxygen concentrator. He called ahead and arrived on time. His knowledge of the equipment is excellent, and he took the time to explain the problem with the concentrator, listen to stories, and have a conversation with us.

The staff was very helpful and understanding with our family situation. They showed true compassion which was very much appreciated.

Daniel set up the bed, got feedback from us about height, etc, showed us how to use it, explained the battery backup system, helped move it to perfect location in room. He was very helpful, very polite and all around did a great job! Thanks!

My husband, Ronald Harris was just discharged from OSU Dodd Rehabilitation Hospital yesterday. His PT recommended a wheelchair during his outpatient rehab here in Kettering, Ohio. DASCO location in Huber Heights called to confirm delivery. The lady could not have been more helpful. She answered my questions and helped arrange for UPS delivery for tomorrow!
