I can not believe how amazing this team is at this dealership. Ba Nyguan was available the entire process with all the paperwork and financials. After purchasing a GMC Terrain with Arbogast we were awarded free car washes as a result of our purchase. We love to keep our vehicles clean so it was the perfect gift, especially with my wife working close by. After no one was working the first couple times we hit a streak of it being open a couple times in a row.now my wife has been there 4 times in a span of 3 weeks just to find that it was closed again. 2 times of which she made the drive on her day off from home which is a bit farther away. I know it's just a carwash but it strikes a bit of a nerve not being able to use something that was promised to us and on top of that we never get a clear answer about it. If you buy from there just know you won't be receiving many free washes.

I purchased my custom van a couple years ago from Dave Arbogast and recently returned for some repair work. I live 2.5 hours away from Troy, but wanted the expertise that Dave Arbogast provides for custom vans. I was able to get an appointment right away, and Mike Stein personally kept me up to date throughout the whole repair process. They were able to locate the problems and fix them within just a couple hours. Mike kept touching base with me as I waited; and was very kind and informative.
