Ted the salesman did a great job. Reason for the two stars is due to the fact that i have been waiting on a memorandum title copy for over two monthes now. Turns out they sold me a truck without them actually having the title presant at the dealership. This is unacceptable and illegal.

Tad and the entire staff at Arbogast Ford went above and beyond to help me purchase my new Eco Sport last week. They first worked with my parents then me to make the entire process go as smooth and as quick as possible. As I was finishing up paperwork close to closing, the entire staff still there came and talked to my parents and I about various things and really made us feel welcomed. I really hope to be able to go back and work with the great team the next time I need to purchase a car!

The appointment was made within a day of calling to have my explorer serviced. I had tried at another Ford dealer and it was going to be 3 weeks. Bought a new vehicle there and got the added benefit of having access to the car wash for free. Funny thing is the car wash is never open. My wife has gone twice this week with perfect weather to get your vehicle washed and it has been closed. Not sure why you add this perk if its never available.

Technician broke the replacement part.that happens of course. Didn't offer a loaner till I asked, after being there over 4 hours. Wanted me to fill the gas tank to only drive 15 miles home. Had my car for 2 days.
