Bought Bronco Sport from Wetzel Ford. Had issues with alignment. Wetzel would not address problem. Even though didn’t buy from Dave Knapp, there Service department was friendly and worked with Ford to make repairs. I was very impressed with there service department.

The dealership and the service department did a great job at getting the job done in a timely manner and when we picked the car up, it had been swept and wash to our surprise! I have only ever taken my car here and will only ever. Throughout the years they have done great service on my vehicle. But today they went above and beyond. For a few days my car felt odd when I would make turns and it got to the point of scaring me. I stopped in to make an appt and thankfully they had some time to help me right then. The mechanic went out of his way to hear my terrible explanation and went over my car very carefully to see what the issue could me. Also multiple techs drove it to feel the issue as well. He didn't want me to leave unless he was absolutely sure it was good to go and the ladies in the checkout area were so understanding. I definitely trust them with any car!

The whole team from Kasi the service manager to the mechanic explaining an item they saw during my standard service was appreciative. Top notch people and work.
