The employee's that work here are awesome and will go above and beyond for you! Thank you Daves for your excellent team from the managers to the customer service counter and cashiers to the parking lot attendants and the aisle stockers.

Do all Dave's smell like rotten fish and meat? The produce was ok at best. You really have to dig for decent pieces. I would never eat their meat. And the store layout is so confusing.

The store itself is nice on the inside. During the pandemic there is also a police officer stationed outside the door to enforce the wearing of masks before you enter. My biggest problem with this Supermarket is that it is one of the most expensive places in the area to buy things.

I am amazed that most of your products are from 20 cents to $1.00 more than another grocery store I frequent. Can't afford to shop there for very much.

This is one of the cleanest Dave's I ever been in. This store is always stocked with groceries. The staff is helpful, and pleasant. So happy this is my new Dave's

I shop here instead of the giant eagle store in mayfield hts. Dave's employees are very friendly at times. Well stocked shelves great bakery. And they don't profile people just because they look different! And to me that's a plus.

I went to Dave's to buy a bottle of vodka today, after working in the yard most of the day. There was one cashier in the liquor Dept.and somewhere between 18 to 20 people in line, who is the brilliant manager that put that schedule together. What a joke!

Still not sure what "Select the second option for debit" means. I didn't understand either after asking for clarification and getting it yelled to me. If you see Dawn on the nametag, run!

It's a nice super market, your hit or miss on customer service, I only go for produce or pre packaged dairy like milk or cheese, saw meat department guy in bathroom before with his meat apron on and he wasn't washing his hands.

The store was dirty and the lines were long and it was difficult to find different items. They are always out of a lot of items.

Prices could be lower; people could be friendlier; the front lobby smells like fish at times; otherwise it is a clean, organized store with nice products. I enjoy shopping there.

This grocery store has what ever you need they have. People are extremely friendly and very kind they speak to you, no matter what aisle you're in the help and speak to you. The check out person is KIND. GOOD STORE.

The floral department at this Richmond Heights location is absolutely fabulous! You get great flowers and arrangements for a great price - Especially on Prom or Homecoming flowers. If you have not used them, you should give them a try. Therese who works in that department is wonderful!

I will always shop at this at this. They have food of high quality standards and I am I feel safe when I buy my food here.store I highly recommend them.

Wonderful salad bar brought some home with hot foods catfish fish fillets and salmon for dinner including herolds salad macaroni cole slaw delicious!

So exspensive, and employs people who are rude and for the most part make it seem like they are doing you a favor, by providing service. They need to re-do their training!

Love the place. Good prices and the fruits and vegetables and meats are fresh. A clean and friendly store.

One of the nicest Daves around. Always fund everything I need here. Never had a unpleasant visit here unlike other locations.

Store is always clean and well stocked. There just way over priced. You can get better deals at any other store.

Probably my second least favorite place to go for groceries. The only store that's dirtier with less quality produce would be Marcs. Cakes from their bakery taste frozen or generic, their breads are pretty good but are usually rock hard the day after you buy them, the staff is less than friendly. Used to be Zagaras, at least then the store was mopped.
