Dave's Markets Slavic Village, Cleveland OH

Atmosphere was pleasant and comfort, not crowded but busy. Customers were courteous and friendly. The employees were friendly, courteous, and professional. Help was always available, which I needed a couple of time. The employee stopped doing what she was doing to help me find what I wanted. I will be shopping there again.

Only 2 lines open when the store is packed. People on top each other while the older management look past what can be done. Seafood department always closed. No one never wants to check for crab legs lol sad place.

It's OK. Could be friendlier. Prices basically competitive. Doesn't compete well with Giant Eagle. Watched like a hawk as I shop. Shoplifter?

They pretty much have anything you're looking for when it comes to groceries and obtain the most variety in the neighborhood.

People are real nice it's a clean place everything is in order looks nice they have good fast food I stopped there whenever I'm in that area that's a good place to grab something to eat

Dave's is a good place to shop and the store is always clean and cary a large variety of items that you need at good prices.

Very customer unfriendly store, employees (deli counter, cashiers, floor reps) seem very disinterested in providing friendly service, employees seem to have no personal interaction skills, as if you are bothering them with any type of questions, really felt as if employees don't care about any type of customer service at all, very condescending, sarcastic tone full of negative attitude when speaking to them,

I don't know why people shop here this place prices is ridiculous their prices is so high you will come out better by shopping at Walmart, save a lot, Aldis anywhere but here

Great full-service supermarket in the heart of Cle, I can walk or bike to it from my home in Slavic Village

Good store with helpful staff. Clean and mostly organized. WATCH out at checkout. Prices on the shelves may not be the same at the register. Sale prices also sometimes don't ring up. The cashiers will change the prices if you say something. Check the expiration date. Bicycle rack is out of the way, located on Harvard. I wouldn't leave my bike there.

The store itself is pretty good. Clean, about average food prices, lots of convenient odds & ends. The food counter is pretty bad at what they do tho- three days in a row and they can't come up with a bucket of fried chicken & jojos between half a dozen staff running it.

Dave's is not a racist store things happens I've been shopping there since the 60's on Harvard I am black they 've treated me my friends and family great your the one that don't like us. Too senior citizen

Fresh produce, plenty of food choices. Over all nice and clean except for the seafood counter. It always smells too fishy. I was there early this morning, before the seafood was out. Why did it smell so strong? Ample parking, always enough lines open. That's my only complaint.

It's a place I frequently visit. They sometimes have decent sales. Also, they sale hot food items. The service is always good.

Full service grocery store in my neighborhood. For those days when I don't want to go to Walmart

The cashier was not patient at all with me. I was placing large order in deli. Cashier didn't want to explain pick up procedures. The lovely lady in Deli was very helpful and gave me pick up instructions without hesitation, she was very kind.

They were well-stocked and cleaning the meat freezer, Disinfectant the area, produce department is neat, clean. Enjoyable experience. WE love the chicken wings.

This is a racist grocery store. I am a single, white, senior citizen woman and a clerk stood there and watched while a african american couple COMPLETELY HIT MY CART AND CUT IN FRONT OF ME AFTER I WAS WAITING IN LINE. I'LL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN! I am the minority here!

I like the produce selections. Most stores in urban areas have limited produce as if urban areas don't eat plants. Smh But this place has a wide variety considering.

Only go their when in the area a few times so far but everytime we go they have everything we are looking for
