Dave Campbell helped us in looking for a new home. We looked at many homes for sale and he guided us through, answering all our questions or getting us answers. David Campbell is the best Realtor I've ever had - and this is coming from someone who's moved his whole life with the military! We went through him to buy our house in Dayton when we first were assigned there, and then again to sell it when I retired from the USAF. He knows all the neighborhoods and just about every tradesman in town - who's good and who's not. So when some things needed to be fixed in the house before we sold it, he knew right who to direct us to and the fixes were done well, quickly, and inexpensively! I highly recommend him to any incoming or departing military people since he "gets" the military life and knows the demands we're under to quickly find or sell properties due to the demands of the work. I highly recommend him!

David was incredibly proactive and responsive throughout the entire purchase process. The purchase I was aiming for had extremely tight deadlines - including an initial site visit request on the Sunday before Labor day - and David immediately responded and started the process that night.
