Was not happy with the length of time I had to wait for doctor to come in and see me. My appointment was scheduled at 10: 45 am and I had to ask 2 hours later when I was going to be seen. The doctor came in about 12: 30 pm.

Since I am in the early stages of my cancer diagnosis, having things explained well and given my options is of the utmost importance to me. Dr. Key is very thorough, personable, yet professional in this regard. He has very knowledgeable staff in his office as well. I highly recommend Dr. Key.

It was a new experience a new hospital and new doctors, nevertheless after talking to them, I trust them to take care of me.

Very grateful for the help. It took several weeks to schedule an appointment, but realizing there are others who may need more immediate care I did not fuss about the relatively long wait time for Dr Key's services. There is a reason that good people are in high demand. Had my situation been more urgent I might have asked to move things along more quickly.

Dr. Key is always thorough when it comes to tests that he is performing or just general questions at well checks. He always takes time to listen and completely explain the next steps. It is obvious he is an intelligent man; particularly in his field of urology and oncology. The on call staff returns calls promptly with answers/solutions to anything I call about. Prescriptions are filled/refilled upon request immediately. I know some people complain from time to time about their wait time, but it is posted in the waiting room if your appt is running late it is because of the complete care he is giving to each patient and that care will include you when you're called back. He treats everyone the same. 5 stars for sure.

My appointment with Dr. Key at Dayton Physicians Network was timely and details were professionally performed by all members of the staff. Dr. Key was courteous, knowledgeable and very informative. An initial examination revealed the need for further testing. Follow up appointments were promptly made and are in the process of being carried out.

Always very friendly and willing to answer any questions asked. Wish all offices were this way.

I saw Dr. Key to evaluate an elevated PSA. His staff tacked down a previous PSA of mine from 3 years prior which indicated a rapid rise in PSA. He ordered a test that had better diagnostic capability, which also had an elevated PSA. The recommendation was for a prostate biopsy and I was hesitant. I showed up for the biopsy appointment and aired my concerns. Dr Key explained options and offered to reschedule if I preferred to be unconscious (anesthetized). I had the biopsy, Dr. Key called later and gave me the results and scheduled a follow up visit to discuss options and provide a referral. Dr. Key took time explaining anatomy of the prostate, the results, what they meant, and the referral. I was very happy with the care and information I received.
