David's Bridal, Miamisburg OH

I wish that my bridal appointment was as long as my bridesmaids appointment. The two girls that helped with each appointment was very helpful and nice. It was a little crowded to still be in COVID-19. But overall it was a great experience and I found my dress.

Today was suppose to be a very exciting and eventful day for me and my closest friends. Unfortunately, that was not the case today at David' Bridal for my bridesmaids fitting. Our consultant Shelby, seemed as though WE troubled her for our experience. She came off as rude and definitely had an attitude for whatever reason. She didn't offer suggestions, and even snapped her fingers at me to "hurry it up" after only our 2nd selection of dresses. She made us feel rushed, and unimportant on such a exciting day for us. When checking out, she made it seemed as we HAD to buy today or else our selection would be gone forever. She suggested the wrong colored mask to go along with our dresses and when another bridesmaids noticed the wrong color we caught Shelby rolling her eyes as if it didn't even matter. Not only was our experience ruined by her lack of customer service but when ordering today, our dresses will not be here until 4 MONTHS FROM NOW, leaving less than 1 month of my actual wedding date. I really hope our sizes are correct from "Shelby's eye judgmental assumptions". I will NOT recommend anyone coming here for your 1st experience.

Went in today to try on bridesmaids dresses at the Dayton mall location and our experience was little to none. Shelby was our consultant and she made us feel rushed and even snapped her fingers at us and told us we needed to make it quick and hurry. At one point I was with the bride and I didn’t hear her say my name and one of the other girls saw her roll her eyes in annoyance. She wasn’t very friendly and didn’t give any knowledge or really help us feel comfortable trying on dresses and gave the impression we should have picked the first dress we tried on. She didn’t measure us or give any advice as far as size wise and basically just told us we would probably be whatever size she said. We purchased the dresses because it’s the only place around that has bridesmaids dresses but I will not be back and will not recommend.

Taylor and the other employees were super helpful and fun and made the whole wedding dress process a breeze. Taylor deserves special mention because I can tell she really cares about her clients. Thanks!

I really love the wide selection of bridesmaids dresses David’s bridal offers, I also really love that they give you the freedom when look for bridesmaids dresses to shop around and pick out styles without constantly hounding you. You can pull any dresses you want, they also have shoes and flower girl dresses, just anything really you need for your big day which makes it so wonderful! I’ve been to this location probably 4 times so far and have several more trips, as each bridesmaids of mine is wearing a different style dress and color but each time it’s been very nice going here.

I had such an amazing time shopping for my wedding dress here! One of my friends actually cancelled an appointment with another bridal salon because she was so impressed by the experience!

They were so nice when I went to the store you don’t get good service like that everyday and I was truly thankful for the ladies who were in there to help me.

Everyone was very helpful and they did not try to sell me a more expensive dress. I told them my price range and they stayed within that range and helped me to choose a dress that I love.

While she was very pleasant, our consultant kept disappearing during our appointment to help other people, leaving me to go find dresses in appropriate sizes for my bridesmaids a few times. This has happened with different consultants at any bridal appointment I’ve attended here. I generally expect to be my consultants priority for the hour slot I’ve reserved, that’s the point of making an appointment.
But we found what we needed and the prices were reasonable.

I was greeted promptly by a very professional lady. She proceeded to introduce me to an associate to help me order the proper size of the dress I had found on their website. The associate took care of my needs and got the dress ordered. I would definitely use David’s Bridal again and hope that I would be helped by the same associate.

We had a great experience dress shopping here. Even being super busy on a Saturday, Viola was very attentive and amazing help in finding my wedding dress. I found the perfect dress, and she did a great job not only with the dress, but with the accessories as well. I would definitely recommend heading there for dress shopping.

I love that they moved next door to a bigger area. This shop is always hard at work. They made two of my best friends happy with their experiences and purchase! I highly reccomend this location!

I had a fantastic experience here! The staff was helpful and kind. The atmosphere of the store was inviting! Chloe was my stylist for today — I couldn't have asked for a better girl. She was accommodating & helped me find a stunning gown! I’m thrilled. Thank you, Chloe!

Do not get Alterations Done here! They will mess them up, and charge you about double what a local tailor would charge. I had mine done here, and it was a huge mistake. They clearly didn't care that my dress wasn't working on me. I ended up paying for 2 alterations to be done after I took it to someone who actually altered the dress properly.

I would recommend Ken at the Miamisburg store for any alterations. He was so attentive to what my sister wanted for her wedding dress and shared his expertise, knowledge and vision. Combined it made for the most beautiful wedding dress my sister could have ever imagined! His work on her dress was spectacular and was the perfect reflection of her energy, beauty and personality. I will use Ken for any future alterations and would refer his work to everyone!

I had a fantastic experience with the staff in this store! They were so accommodating and the alterations department went above and beyond to make sure my dress was PERFECT!

I was so delighted with all the care and support i recieved from this amazing team of sales associates. They made me feel so beautiful and empowered. Could not have dreamed the experience better myself

I'm only giving two stars because the guy helping us was super friendly and funny. Other than that I was there with my bff to pick out her wedding gown. We later found out that a dress she really wanted, and was told was not there, was actually there. The guy helping us was bad mouthing his manager to us. Other than him there was only one other person on the floor and there were quite a few families there.

I had a wonder experience at David’s bridal. Everyone was very nice and polite. My consultant Brittianna was a delight. She was so sweet. Her alone is a perfect reason to visit David’s bridal. They had so many dresses to choose from. I found my dress on my first visit!
