The owner Jamie was professional, very courteous, and respectful! He always kept in contact with me to let me know what was going on with my vehicle which you don't hardly see with any companies anymore! I would definitely recommend day Heights Automotive to any one that needs work on their vehicle they are very reasonable on prices also! A+!

Had an appointment at four to fix my horn, these champs took less than an hour to diagnose and fix the problem. Very comfy waiting room with good selection of beverages and snacks. Also very friendly, which is a plus since I can be quite the talker:)

The phenomenal service that was given to us by the crew at Day Heights was not exceedingly friendly but they went out of their way to help us in an emergency. They got us back on the road while our car was loaded for a trip.

Tony pulled my wife's mother out of a storm drain today. He was awesome! Showed up ahead of schedule, gitvthe car out and gave them a ride down the hill.

Great customer engagement on phone and in person, I felt misled on AC. He never told me the $200 charge was just for ac diagnostics ONLY. I wouldn’t have brought it down just for that. I already knew it needed a new condenser and wanted it fixed. When it was over $1100 after sitting there for 1 1/2 hours there’s no way I’d pay that and believe he should’ve split the $200 charge with me.
