Deli Daylily reviews
18Was a wonderful breakfast shop. Went there with the whole family (including dog) and it was really nice. Good food, nice little store and great outdoor seating
Consistently delicious, high quality ingredients (fresh and flavorful), lovely atmosphere and delightful ataff.
I like the grilled chicken sandwich w/avocado. The veggie sandwich with balsamic is also delightful as are the soups and salads.
Your friendly neighborhood bodega. Great for last minute snacks, on your way to a gathering and for a quick, delicious meal.
Great patio with heaters. Love the $5 egg sammy. It has some essential household items too-tp, dogfood, spices, etc!
This is a lovely, immaculate coffee shop. I came with friends and had regular coffee which was delicious. My server was very kind, pleasant and quick.
It is a very inviting and charming store. Next time, I'll try one of the delicious looking pastries. I love that this stretch of Eastern Avenue is undergoing a lot of restoration. This area is so full of history and charm.
Amazing coffee and great ambience! Love the honey bear coffee. Transports you to New York in minutes.
Delicious coffee, I’ve come to expect it from Deeper Roots. Was feeling an americano and the espresso was pulled very well. Came through nicely.
Got a yardbird sandwich, lots of avocado but it felt like it was the only flavor going on. The chicken was okay, bread was good. Maybe needed more salt or some sort of sauce.
I’d come back and try a different sandwich for variety’s sake.
Great food and atmosphere! We sat outside with our dog on their cool sitting area in the back.
When you come here, you’re not just stepping into another one of Chef Salazar’s masterful creations - you’re stepping into what Cincinnati is all about: quality food sourced locally, prepared thoughtfully, served personably. Community is at the forefront and you feel it. Cheers to Daylily and all the good it is!
Have gotten both the bagel and lunch sammys here and they never disappoint! I am obsessed with they fry pies they have as well. Also, some of their goods like eggs are local and much cheaper than grocery store prices
Amazing food and staff.the Cubana sandwich was amazing and the squash soup was excellent! We will return
Super fun place with great breakfast and lunch options and a great take and go grocery and drink selection. Chef Salazar did a great job capturing the NYC bodega vibe.
Excellent sandwiches, Deeper Roots coffee and a good atmosphere. My wife and I liked it so much we ate sandwiches there and took two more to go! If you're in Columbia Tusculum this is great new spot.
Had the Cuban. It was fine, certainly better than most I have had here in Cincinnati. For my tastes, though, I would have liked a little more mustard and I would have liked a tablespoon of Cumin to sprinkle on the ham.
Very nice and the egg sandwich was delicious. However, I drove right past it w/o realizing it at first.
This place is perfection from the concept to the staff! Five stars for both. Genius idea to have a cute coffee spot that also doubles as a deli (best egg salad of my life!), a market (grab that toilet paper you forgot to get!), snacks, sweets (the good stuff like Big Chew!). Oh, and there's literally delicious beer like Graeters Pumpkin Pie Beer on tap behind the register (always a toss up for me between a morning coffee or a morning buzz!). You can even sit out back and enjoy for your happy hour after work beer, and then grab yourself some dinner to go:)
Special mention again to the staff - they rock!
This has become one of my favorite places to eat. Chopped cheese, Italian Hero, Cubano, bagel with cream cheese and lox are all insanely good! They have a little bit of everything you need.
