Days Inn by Wyndham Columbus East Airport, Reynoldsburg OH

It wasn't bad for what it was, but there is no internet, and the radio didn't work. The rooms were nice for a place to sleep, but for the price per night I was a little disappointed,

ABSOLUTELY IMPRESSED with this Hotel! The staff was amazing going as far as giving me a double room for the single price in order to have a view of my truck in the parking lot! The property is well protected with security and the room as IMMACULATE! I will definitely stay here again!

This ain’t even a safe location for all they be doing at this location. They banned me for a couple years for false allegations and had the papers and everything that stated that. I come back after 5 years and now they are telling me that I still banned. Wow. And I’m not even staying here just visiting a friend as a guest.

The room we got was absolutely disgusting. There were stains on EVERYTHING pillow cases blankets sheets the bed skirting. Hand prints of visible blood or something on the bathroom door. Every wall had some type of dirt or dust or stains of old liquid. The lamp shades and desks had dust on them like they haven’t been touched in months. They did not come clean the room the two days we were there did not give us more cups or empty the trash. The toilet paper had literal stains on them. The toilet seat was dirty we had to wash it off before using. The shower curtain was disgusting. The bathroom vent above the mirror had about a literal inch of dust on it. The pool was not open. It was cheap but for obvious reasons definitely not worth it. Wasn’t far from a Walmart sheetz or shopping plazas.

It's simply not well cleaned-the room. It's clean enough, but not sparkling. Baseboards are not in their wheelhouse. Old and dated room. Carpet is stained in places and has burn areas. Old linens with little burn holes in them. NO BUGS. I think the beds and pillows are comfy, daughter says too hard of a mattress. The bathroom feels like you're in a camper bathroom. Low drop ceilings. Room has a micro-wave, TV, fridge, coffee pot. AC/heat functional. Hot shower. The reason I booked this place was the great reviews/ratings for Wifi. Sometimes it's spotty, but it improved somehow and I'd say overall it's great. This place has thin walls-can hear neighbors. Can hear them arguing on their cell phones and with each other. Someone has a kitten, can hear that mewing and meowing. Someone has an infant, can hear that squawking, but that's what babies do and mama gets a pass on that, understandable. Outside in the lot people just hanging about, playing music in their vehicles, cleaning them out like we're at a self serve car wash. I've never seen so many people hanging out in a parking lot for fun in all my days. Conversations and nonsense. The price you pay for wifi. There's always sirens blaring passing by on Brice road. It's a shady neighborhood. I'm not sure about the 1st floor, but the 2nd floor reaks of pot. There's a restaurant/bar on site, haven't seen it yet. The owners don't advertise it either. Waffle house is a minute walk away across the lot. The lot and landscaping are adequate. It's not offensive to look at. It's cheap. Like 80$ a night.

This hotel has come a long way. I stayed on a Saturday and Sunday. Before I actually paid for my room the lady at the front desk allowed me to actually see the room. I stayed in the rooms that were not remodeled. This hotel had a fire some years back and so they have some rooms that have been remodeled but since I was staying in one of the rooms that was not I wanted to see it first. The room was cool especially since every other hotel around was either $200 or more or sold out. Mrs Stacey was awesome, she works the front desk, she let me extend my room with no problem. I even left something in my room after I checked out, this item was worth over $300 so someone easily could have taken it, but Mrs Stacey Called me and asked me if I left something in the room. Once I realized I did I went back and there my item was waiting on me. I had to tip Mrs Stacey and the housekeeping staff. Definitely stay here if your looking for an affordable hotel. Thanks Mrs Stacey and all the other front desk attendants were great too!

Just go somewhere else! Just reminds me of a motel and I’ve been more comfortable in a motel actually, and it would have been cheaper.

Staying here for work. This is the best Days inn I’ve stayed. Talked to management and was told this used to be a Hilton. Very well maintained hotel. Keep up the good work

I am 6 ft. 2 and had to launch to get on bed shaped like a mushroom. The toilet is half under the counter. The shower was at chest hieght.

Maybe it was just our room.but had to call the front desk due to the refrigerator making a clicking sound. Maintenance came up and knew what I was talking about and said he couldn't fix it. Asked if we were going to use it and said to just unplug it. Okay, no biggie. Then, in the bathroom, the towel holder was broken off sitting on the counter, and the faceplate for the shower nob was falling off.

Very friendly staff. Clean and quiet. I will definitely stay here again next time in Columbus. Best experience I’ve had at a hotel in this area!

Absolutely Avoid!
No breakfast as advertised. Attitudes at check-in were cold. Minimal services offered on all levels for the price.
