I like the places realy good location breakfast, dining room was clean and realy nice.i only have to rate service low for brintany not a person to be behind the desck not to be in charge of costumers service we ask if she could take a loock at the pool came over act like she was cheking the pool tempeture and said it was fine to make history short later wait and ask other staff and infact the pool tempeture was below the 68.the other staff did a good job. Cant complein about them especialy to tailor and elie, not sure if that her name but just have to say they did better job that britanny.hope she can start care about her job.not cus i saying it, it is what she said at the end of her shift to her relief (dont care). Infront of costumers good service = more guesses =more money= better pays hourly and evreyone will prosper but that's the difrents.

The website states 18 and older can stay here so my friend and I booked a room here online. And after driving hours and being far from home after taking my friend to many doctors appointment due to a car accident she was in where she broke her nose and the right side of her face. We finally Arrived around 8: 30 pm. We’re both exhausted and I’m pregnant so I just wanted to lay down and sleep.but they refused to let us stay because neither one of us were 21. We’re both 19 almost 20. Update your website or something.it was mentally draining.

Let's start with the good things.the room was nice and clean, beds were comfy and the pillows were great! Plenty of channels to watch on the TV and the shower was nice. The breakfast selection was slim picking but it got the job done. Also a good location to plenty of entertainment and restaurants. So if you want a good place to rest/sleep I would recommend.

Now onto the disappointment, my kids were so excited to swim and my husband and I could not wait to get into the hot tub. Well the pool was freezing cold (but advertised as a heated indoor pool on the website) and the hot tub was like warm bath water and scummy looking. When I asked the receptionist why the pool was cold, I was told that it is set at a certain temp, but because it is underground and it is cold outside, it is hard to keep heated I was also told that the hot tub was hard to keep warm because the kids keep running in and out of it. Saturday morning at 9 am the hot tub was half drained, cloudy and freezing cold. So if you want to swim or relax in the hot tub I would not recommend.

Awesome staff. My husband and I loved the staff. The room, however, was pretty awful. The pool was pretty gross and freezing cold, rendering it useless during the week. We could have stayed at a no-tell-motel but we wanted a pool. The bed was highly uncomfortable. The shower barely spat on us and left us feeling dirty after a shower. Not happy with it at all.

Very friendly staff rooms were very clean I didn't mind it being by a train because I live by a train so that wasn't a problem had a decent breakfast the only thing I would say is the pool was ice cold. The beds are very hard so they weren't the most comfortable but the place overall I still give four stars I had a good vacation and a good stay.

Can't believe this place is actually a Wyndham place. What a mess. They don't even have CABLE TV! The washer & dryer are like 10yrs old!

I am a local and managed a couple of hotels in this area. We got a room here just to get out of the house for the night. We got a King deluxe room with a hot tub. The room should be standard for 2 adults. However, the hot tub in the room is not large enough for 2 adults to fit into. This is the point of getting this type of room. Also, the wi-fi was unreliable for our stay. Neither our phones nor our Roku could connect despite having excellent reception. We ended up using our personal data and a neighboring hotel's guest wi-fi (when possible, it's connection was poor). When we tried instead to watch regular television, roughly 20% of the channels would not come in at all due to one error or another. Another 50% of the channels were choppy, and the rest were of no interest to us. The indoor pool was freezing cold and difficult to enjoy. The community jacuzzi was nice but we got a room to have our own private one. This circles back to our main problem: we got the most expensive room to relax and could not use any of the elements in the room to do so.
The front desk clerk, Brittany, was helpful, kind, and funny.
My husband stopped into the breakfast the next morning and said it had a good variety of things to choose from.
If you need a quick place to stop for the night, I would recommend the motel 6. I have stayed there before with zero problems. They have working internet.

Front desk attnedent evidently needed my life story along with my payment. Had to wait 30 minutes to be checked in because she couldn't figure out how to send an email. Wifi and electricity in the room barley worked

We were very happy with the room. It was beautiful. The bed was extremely comfortable.
Brittany was an excellent front desk attendant! The only downside, the jets in the bathtub did not work.

DO NOT STAY HERE ROOMS INFESTED WOTH BED BUGS IVE GOT BITES ALL OVER ME HEALTH DEPARTMENT WILL BE CONTACTED

Clean rooms 2nd shift staff is super amazing and friendly and just out right wonderful hotel and rooms smell amazing laundry is always clean. And much more great things I will be staying again for sure and pool is always up to date got to admit it is cold very cold but besides that out right wonderful.

The bathroom was pittyful! Sorry to say! I don't know how their rooms are but I don't look forward to finding out!

Really nice hotel, especially four the price with incredibly friendly staff, clean rooms, very comfortable beds, nice refreshing pool, and decent breakfast. Great value for the money.
