I found Dr Steven to be very knowledgeable. He ran test on me to figure out what my medical issues were. I found him and Staff Ashley, Karey, KeKe, Elbony professional and friendly. I didn't have to wait and was taken back soon as appt-time. Office is nice and clean. I actually enjoyed my visit.

Took 4 months from referral to be seen (on 2/16), waited 90 minutes to be seen, then was scheduled a follow up appointment for 4/7. Diagnosed with poly, osteo, and RA arthritis. In early May, I started having issues with severe tingling and pain in my hands, was sent for carpal tunnel testing, found to be very mild. No further action taken. Follow up on 8/7 where I was put on a new medicine, tingling not addressed. I called on Tuesday and received no reply, so today (Friday), I sent a message through Healow and shocker! No reply. I'm in a lot of pain and absolutely miserable and cannot even get a response. I'm going to talk to my primary Dr on Monday and request a new referral to a different facility because they are too busy to care for all their patients, apparently.

I have been going here, since 1978. When they were downtown. The staff is awesome. They remember my medical history. Go over everything with me. Check my bones and joints for swelling, stiffness and inflammation. They are one of the reasons, I can still walk

We just moved here from Colorado and we are most fortunate that I found a great PCM who referred me to Dr. Roua Azmeh! She is by far the best Immunologist either of us have met. She is most knowledgeable and effective in dealing with my serious allergy problems. Additionally, it's very nice that she is quite pleasant to deal with. My PCM had said she only refers doctors who she can call to speak with or who will call her directly; well it's true, Dr. Azmeh called me to explain and discuss my test results.

Was a new patient referal, took 5 months to get in, never recieved paperwork or a call to remind me of the appointment. Accidently missed the appointment. When I called to try to figure out when my appointment was, they said I missed it already and they would not see me again. The office manager said, she believed her employee over me that they left me messages about my appointment and sent me info about it (they didn't). She said that appointments were very precious more so than myself and she didn't even think that I really needed to see them. Meaning my referral doc was wrong for sending me to their practice and this is before they even saw me once. Beware even if a doctor refers you to this practice, find a practice that cares about a person this one doesn't seem to.

Family member missed appointment that was set up 5 months in advance because no appointment reminder was sent. When family member called to set up another appointment they were dismissed from practice for being a no show. Office manager extremely unprofessional and said “referral appointments are precious commodities. ” As if the appointment itself is more important than the patient. Good luck!

I had been in so much for over 3 years. Had seen 2 other rheumatologist with absolutely no relief. I saw Dr Mott for the first time, and he actually listened to what I had to say, and treated me with new medication. I literally could not believe how much relief I had gotten. When I went back for my first follow up, I was in tears not because I was in pain but because I was not in any pain. Finally for over 3 years I felt like a human being again. Thank you Dr. Mott and staff, you guys are amazing, from start to finish. I would recommend this office without thinking twice about it. I could go on and on but I will not. It’s know they treat the person as a whole, and not just test results.
