I've had my dental care here for several years and have always received quality care. The staff are friendly and professional. They stick carefully to the appointment schedule and are very efficient in their work. The dental hygienist I visited did a thorough cleaning of my teeth and patiently answered my questions. The dentist also was friendly, professional and performed a thorough examination of my teeth, jaw and surrounding tissue. The dentist also answered all of my questions. The staff handle my billing and insurance efficiently. They also schedule me for my next appointment before departing. I recommend this dental group for their friendliness, efficiency, professionalism and quality dental services.

Such friendly and caring staff, which makes the visit so much better. I was always nervous about going to the dentist but since going to Dayton Dental Solutions, thats no longer a problem. They provide Excellent care and excellent work!

Amazing dentists office. Very fresh and comforting! A great experience for the past few years. They let you know ahead of time what costs will be and work with your insurance. Best dentist I have ever been too!

I had a permanent retainer post braces but my teeth still moved which was very frustrating to me. I had one tooth that was pushed back and higher than the others and I hated it. I brought this up to Dr. Brown and he had an idea! Fast forward to yesterday - he removed my retainer (a removable one is being made) and he cosmetically fixed my tooth and smoothed everything out so my teeth look PERFECT again! No pain and no part of my actual tooth was removed, he just built upon what was there and made everything look very esthetically pleasing. It was EXACTLY what I was looking for! I am so pleased and would recommend him over and over again:)

We have been going to DDS for about 2 years. I needed a lot of dental work for problems and my husband and I wanted cosmetic work done as well. They are always on time, professional, friendly, and have done an amazing job on our teeth. Neither of us has had any pain issues since we started with them and our teeth look great! I am so happy with the service and quality that, even though we moved away, we travel 45 minutes to keep seeing Dr. Brown and his staff.

What an amazing office! I walk in and high five Kristen on the way back to see Dr. Brown (the best dentist I have ever went to). Then Katie walks in and takes it to another level! I highly recommend their services!

This office is fantastic -I have a lot of anxiety about going to dentist and being pain- I have now been twice to have work done beyond a regular cleaning and both experiences have been pain free! I don’t feel the shots in my mouth-they offered plenty of breaks. I’m so impressed by the Doctor and his staff-Katie has been there for both of my procedures and she is very kind and I never feel bad for being nervous or anxious because they are so reassuring. So thankful for this office!

I deleted my previous post of being catfished by this company. After rating them extremely poor, I was contacted by the office manager. First and foremost I stand with a portion of my original review, that being the staff is very courteous and professional. The issue I had is resolved by a simple conversation. As a first time patient I had the best experience. Everyone was extremely nice, professional, very informing, and I was literally in and out! The office was super nicely renovated, and they did extremely well with social distancing in the waiting area! You guys are awesome!

I have been going to the dentist here for eight years (since we moved here from TX) and it's the only doctor of any kind that I have ever truly been pleased with in OH. The hygienists are all so friendly and the new dentist is delightful. They work with your schedules and are very personal.

Recently I had a lot of Dental work completed by Dr. Brown. You always expect good work of the dentist and this I got, but in addition a bonus was the caring nature of he and his staff. Kudos to each and every one of them from Kristin to Katie and the others that I had the pleasure of meeting. I’m new to this practice as I changed insurance carriers this year and I’m glad that I did. Thank you!

I’m a new patient and I’ve been very impressed with the professionalism, courtesy and skill of the dentists, hygienists and other staff at Dayton Dental Solutions.

I had a veneer tooth that slid off. Needed to go in and get it readhered. They took the tooth and sand blasted a whole directly through it. They then wanted me to pay full price for the tooth that they busted, unbelievable and unprofessional.

For 6 months they had bills that they never sent to my insurance company, then lied to me and said I had to pay out of pocket. I called my insurance company and they never once received any bills.

The staff here is very manipulative, greedy, and stubborn. This place is located in the uptown area of Centerville, Ohio and every time you drive by the parking lot its empty. There is a reason for that - No one goes here.

The staff is excellent. I would highly recommend them. They are very personable and knowledgeable.

The entire staff at Dayton Dental Solutions South have always made me feel comfortable and taken care of, even though going to the dentist used to give me extreme anxiety. The front desk is always welcoming, and the hygienists are warm and don’t make me feel like I’m just another mouth. Each dentist I’ve seen have been thorough, understanding, and never make me feel embarrassed or anxious while there. I had to pay out of pocket before I had insurance, and they worked with me to find a payment plan that worked.
DDSS will be the only office to ever touch my teeth again. I recommend them to absolutely everyone!

Before I visited DDS, my life was a shambles. Even my dogs would no longer eagerly greet me at the door. They just quit. The only question was what shade of gray my day was going to be. But thanks to my visit to DDS, all that has changed. I have a new lease on life. My life is no longer me careening from one crisis to the next because I know once every six months I will be meeting with a great dentist and her fabulous team that are emblematic of the highest standards of professionalism in their industry. I will be motivated by the absolute best cuts of EDM, inspired by matchless teamwork, and made joyful by the echoes of laughter echoing throughout the office. Every appointment at Dayton Dental Solutions has been great and this one was no exception. That said, having crown work done is not typically a "happy camping" experience. Nonetheless, I was treated with professional care and that made all the difference. Everyone was friendly and helpful and procedures were explained well. In short, Dayton Dental is not "your father's dental experience. " Kudos to Dr. Butler, Rachael and the entire team for a job well done.
