The staff members are always friendly and helpful, and the doctor gives a very thorough exam. They monitor teeth that are starting to show signs of a problem, but don't try to talk you into repairs until needed. I'm very satisfied and would recommend this practice.

Since I arrived here in the us from Italy, I started to go to this dentist, I have to say that I am impressed by the entire team, from the receptionists to the hygienist, usually mrs Melissa has been the one taking care of me and she is one of the best person I have ever met in the us, always nice, smiling and friendly and very professional in doing her job, she gave me a new smile and when she works you can see her passion for her job, you can tell she really cares about her patients. I will never change dentist in my life, even if I will relocate I will always come here. BEST DENTIST IN THE CITY!

I can say I am properly impressed with this dental practice! From walking into the door, dealing with the very pleasant reception staff, the wonderful young lady who did the most thorough cleaning job I have EVER had, then the exam with the dentist and listening to her assessment of the issues my older teeth must now deal with and how to go about doing it, I was impressed.

I was facing a lengthy difficult dental procedure. I was nervous about choosing the right team to perform the work. Implants to secure a new lower denture is a life changing procedure. I chose Dr. Pipitone, Colleen (his trusty right hand), and Brooke did her part.

Great experience every visit. Staff are very friendly and engaged with conversation. Hygienist are knowledgeable and great advocates on how to take care of your teeth. Dr P comes in with a smile and explain procedure and the overview of your mouth health. Colleen and Brittany is my favorite of them all. They are a joy of laughter and makes you feel as if your not even at the dentist. Lol! Cleaning and disinfecting seems to be constant behavior for safety and wellbeing of staff and patients by wiping down equipment, counter surfaces, even patient's chair. I feel like a good friend when I visit.explanation of priceing EOB given without any surprises. You know up front what you owe or not before your next vivist if needed. I highly recommend this business and will continue to be a devoted patient

This was my first appointment at a dental office in over 15 years. I was hesitant and nervous (actually scared, to be honest) about what might occur after such a long absence of care.
The staff was cheerful, friendly, and very gentle with me. After getting settled in, my fears vanished. The dental team provided advice and gave several options for me to get back on track for oral care.

I am so glad to have found your office! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff/dentist. All of my questions were answered, and everything was so thorough. I like that procedures were explained to me throughout the appt. Waiting room time was less than 5 mins. I am glad that I looked at reviews before picking a new place to go to. (Last year, I had many procedures done at a different office in Dayton. Service was so-so, explanations were a little lacking, and my dentist just "disappeared" one day with no explanation) I also appreciate the timely response with emails, and that I was able to complete my "new patient paperwork" ahead of time. I also appreciate the electronic appt.reminders. I highly recommend this office. Thank you, DDS!
