Dayton Eye Associates - Main Office

The staff of CVP Dayton Eye Physicians in Beavercreek are all excellent and I believe that is true because of the physicians' professionalism. Dr. Cloud is outstanding in his professionalism, knowledge, competency and skills. That is an expectation that I hold for my physicians. What stands out for me, is Dr. Cloud's kindness and commitment to his patients. He takes time to listen and to explain - he always asks if any further questions before I leave the room and he escorts his patients back to the waiting room and then directs us to the discharge desk. I had bilateral cataract surgeries and corneal transplants. I was very nervous about the transplant surgeries and the post operative requirements. At one preoperative appointment, he connected me with a lady who had completed the same corneal surgeries I was facing. He left us to talk with one another - her testimony eased my anxiety and I am truly grateful for Dr. Cloud's wisdom to connect both of us.
He was early for my surgeries so little wait time at the surgery center - he spent time talking with me before surgery (not surgical talk but social conversation) which eased my apprehension. Finally, Dr. Cloud is an encourager - such a gift whenI was awaiting the final outcome of my surgeries. I would and do recommend Dr. Cloud to anyone needing routine eye care and/or surgery. (He is one of two physicians at CVP Dayton Eye Physicians that performs corneal transplant surgery.)

This is absolutely the worst office staff we have ever dealt with. EVERY time my 96 year old mother has to have a refill on her eye drops, the staff "forgets" to call them in. EVERY TIME! Every 3 months, we call to have refills sent to our mail order pharmacy in plenty of time for my mother to get them before the current prescription runs out and EVERY TIME, she ends up running out and we have to just about threaten them to get the drops she needs. We've had enough! Will be going somewhere else. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THESE PEOPLE! AWFUL service!

Doctor Adam Cloud did an excellent job. I was very satisfied and happy with the instructions given for the care of my eye. His explanation was very thorough.
I feel I couldn't of had a better doctor taking care of me.

First time going to this office. Katrina, the technician, was very patient with my mom, who has a neurological disease. Dr. Cloud listened to my mom's issues and addressed everything and provided options and referrals (not a specialty at their practice). The only downside of the appointment was waiting a while to see the doctor. Otherwise, I feel like we received great care.

Drivers be prepared to wait 2 hours or more. And while i wait i wonder if they are trying to get my 91 yro grandmothers insurance money due to her being in no condition for any corrective surgery. They just want to see her and run tests.

Dr. Amy is an excellent physician who truly cares about her patients. She is always very encouraging and upbeat. I appreciate that she always takes the time to answer my questions and reassure me. I highly recommend her and have referred others to her.

Excellent experience with Dr cCoud and all of the staff. I was well treated and felt comfortable and confident with all aspects of my treatment.
Dr Cloud is a wonderful practitioner. I have already rrcommded him to others and give him and the entire practice (which I've had experience with) my highest recommendation.

Dr Shade is very professional and explains all of the procedures so it is easy to understand. I really like having her as my doctor. I would recommend her to all that needs eye care.

Dr. Denlinger and his staff are very caring people and keep you well informed of what’s going. He also checks up on you to see how your doing. I’ve never had a doctor before like him that actually calls you to see how you are and ask questions and let’s you know if you have any questions or any problems get hold of him. I high recommend Dr. Denlinger to anyone

I recently visited this office while looking for new glasses - the last few times I had been to my regular provider I just wasn't happy. I saw Dr. Amy Kopp and the exam, service and treatment was top of the line. I was actually surprised at how well I seemed to be treated. About 2 weeks later I received the glasses I ordered and they were absolutely perfect. My wife loves how the new glasses look on me. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

No good When you call you have to wait half hour more for someone answer or someone does answer right off they always say our computers are down

The wait times for Dr. Liston are beyond ridiculous. Even if you are the first appointment of the day expect to be there over an hour. My son had to begin patching and I asked Dr. Liston a question and he actually laughed at me. Then if you don't ask a question he will pose the question for you and answer himself. I find him to be condesening and rude. We are moving on.

The staff is friendly and professional, and the doctor has been very helpful. I've brought my son here three times in 4 years. Unfortunately the service is poor and the wait times are horrible, averaging greater than an hour each time, even early in the morning!

I wish the doctor were at another practice. I cannot recommend Dayton Eye Associates because of the terrible wait times.

We have been seeing Dr Mercado for quite a while. The staff is always friendly and professional. They always listen to our questions and concerns and try to answer them.

If you like long waits, then this is the place for you! I have been taking my daughter to Dr. Liston for about 2 years for her amblyopia (lazy eye). He consistently runs late and never apologizes. For her last appointment, I got her out of school early for a 2: 10 appointment but she wasn't seen by Dr. Liston until 3: 30. On a good note, Dr. Liston relates well to my daughter and seems competent. He is close to my house and parking is free. We will not be going back.

I use and have used Sandy for my contact needs. She is excellent, skilled, easy to communicate with, and dedicated to her clients.

She is always prompt and courteous.

I went to this place for about 5 years. Each time I waited minimum 1.5 to 2 hrs and the whole thing, waiting and checking, took almost 3 hrs. They have no respect for the patients' time. I am not going there anymore.

I originally saw Dr. Liston, but experienced extremely long waits and confusion about scheduled appointment times. His surgery scheduler is very hard to deal with and not forthcoming with information. So I tried another doctor in the practice and the same problems occurred.

Poor customer service. Staff members calling patient names. Refused to answer questions without giving attitude. Unable to speak with dr

Awful wait time. Arrived at 1: 50 for a 2: 10 appt.was called back by assistant at 3: 30. She did a quick review of the reason I was here at then told me I could leave or they would call me back when the doctor is ready to see me. Really?

So, if you have nothing better to do with your day, this place is for you. I would not recommend this practice and will not return.
