Horrible place, never spoke to the doctor, would walk in and I saw is back! Nurse acts like she owns the place, I would not recommend this place to anyone, HORRIBLE! Don t go here! What a joke, this doctor has been under investigation, not sure the outcome, but stay away!

Very Professional Service I Started Out Seeing Dr Mehta And Then On To The Vein Center Across The Hall! Of Course All That Know About Vein Treatments Know They Are Not Painless But What Is Different About This Particular Place Is That Jarrod And Bertha Always Try To Make Me Feel As Comfortable As Possible They Go The Extra Mile. Jarrod Is Very Patient With My Choice Phrases While Being Numbed Which Let’s Say Anyone That Knows Me Knows Thats Not Always So Easy. Bertha Is Such A Sweet Kind Caring Women. She Is Such An Asset To This Office Especially When It Comes To Patients Feelings. These Employees Are Not Just Employees They Are Great Human Beings And I’m Proud To Say I Know Them. We As People Sometimes Forget With Our Fast Paced Lives That Doctor, Nurses And Other Medical Staff Are Dads Mom’s, Grandmother Grandfathers Also Before Anything Else So The Next Time You See Someone That Is Taking Care Of Your Medical Needs Having A Bad Day Take Several Minutes Out Of Your Busy Day And Reassure Them That You Care Too!

I had back surgery in 2016 which did not help. I was fortunate to have been referred to this outpatient center by a friend. The staff, nurses and doctors are amazing and always very professional. Dr. Mehta and Heidi Schindler are both very empathetic and compassionate. They take the time to explain what is going on that's causing the pain and they work with you to develop a plan of action. I've been going here since 2017.

They have ALWAYS been great. Never a bad experience with this group.

I highly recommend Dayton outpatient center. I was living my life in pain. I had Dr Mehta he is awesome he gave me injections that helped my neck. A lot. And Jacqueline Horne my nurse practitioner helped me with my pain too. Its very professional and clean the whole staff treat people good.

They almost killed me and the back shots were awful. I gave them 3 months to try to help the pain I suffer and all they did was make it worse. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I’ve questioned many things but the last straw was being hung up on when I spoke with billing. He has always been rude and condescending but today was the climax. I’ve been a nurse for 40 years and I have NEVER been so rude as to hang up on someone! All I did was ask a question! I don’t recommend this office for ANYBODY! The few good staff are WAY outnumbered.

Been here over a year. I love Dr Gupta, he has a great sense of humor. His assistant Sherry and all the staff are very professional and extremely helpful. They get my prior authorizations done that day and call to let me know it's done. I've never waited over 30 minutes to see the Dr.never had a problem getting through when I call. I’ve been coming for a little over a year and I really enjoy everyone there very respectful and sweet. And my injectors don’t hurt as bad any more lol. But you’ll r really a amazing group of secretary and nurses plus Doctors I love ️ you all. Thank you for helping me w my conditions. Have a great days y’all

I owe so much to the team of people who work here. They have really gave there all to get me back on my feet an get me to where I am today!

Very caring n professional. I've been helped with my pain. Staff is very friendly and Dr Mehta is very empathtic and kind.
After visiting two other pain clinics with no help, he's been a Beacon of Light at the end of a dark tunnel for me.

Dishonesty.no follow up.i noticed the pharmacy had questions about sudden changes with medications. They seem to be falling apart.again

I had back surgery just over 90 days ago. Dr Gupta is now over my care for my back pain. He is a very kind and listens to your problems and helped me tremendously! Unfortunately I locked my back after a 12hr shift on Sunday. I called Monday to tell them I'm locked up and in extreme pain can I go to the ER. I was advised to NOT go to the ER to come in to the office, and that Dr. Gupta was on vacation I would be seeing Sherry Arnold. I went in to my appt scheduled for 3: 15. The NP came in sat at the computer and turned around and said what to you want me to do for you. I said my back is locked up I'm in alot of pain. She said well I dont treat acute pain and there's nothing I can do for you and walked out! She was unbelievable rude. My spouse was in such disbelief on how she talked to me and acted. She didnt even exam me. I hate to give this office a 1 star due to her unbelievable and unethical treatment because dr gupta was so great. I'm sure I haven't been the only patient shes talked to this way. So if your making an appt stay away from SHERRY ARNOLD! Shes a inconsiderate individual. I'm now omw to the hospital so I can walk.sad.

UPDATE: 11/29/18
I waited from 8: 30am to now which is 10: 01. My appt is for 8: 45. Still he has not came in to the exam room. I have to be at work at 11. They have no disregard for ppls time. The ma is even a crock. This is my last appt here. I'm walking out. Never to return!

I haven’t came here yet I am waiting on a call where after the referral gets there but they were very nice on the phone and seem to be professional I just can’t wait to get relief I have ic w my bladder so I am in chronic pain 24/7 and I also have chronic back and neck and knee pain I been to several pain doctors and they haven’t helped much so I am looking forward in coming here to hopefully get help I need.injections and my medication. I just want to feel better so hope I get in soon thank you Nichole Tackett

If I could give it 0 stars I would. The absolute worst doctors I have ever been too. Nurse Practitioner ain't worth a damn there. Said my drug screenings showed positive for my pain meds but tried to argue me up and down that I wasn't taking them. Didn't help with pain just tried to keep doping me up more and more. Found out from Caresource that the doctor was billing Caresource for things that he wasn't doing. This doctor is a rip off run from this whole office. They are inconsiderate and rude. I discontinued my services with them. I would never go back there.

My Husband went here. Right away they explained that the treatment plan would be Pain Meds and Injections. I explained that the Surgeon said he couldn't get injections until after surgery. Right away, they said, without getting injections, we cannot help you. They also told us we had to have our X-rays and Prescriptions filled through them. The doctor put every physician my husband had ever went to down. Saying Dr. Taha (a back Surgeon, I suppose) would clear him for injections. My husband showed up to the Assembly line of people waiting to get injections. They would scoot down one chair each time someone went. There was blood from IVs laying all around as the would move down. It took the doctor, less then 2 minutes to the injection. My husband spent 2 days in the hospital because he wasn't suppose to get them. This place is a joke. They make thousands on these injections. It is a true pill mill. He finally told my husband if you don't continue with the injections, I will not prescribe your meds. My husband never went back. He got in with a great place that he now gets Massage & Physical Therapy. STAY AWAY!
