Dayton Tire & Auto Service Center, Moraine OH

This USED to be a 5 star review, until they installed 4 new tires ($$$) but couldn't be bothered to fully tighten the front right wheel. Which wasn't noticable until 4 hours into a 6 hour road trip. Thankfully, a mechanic in St. Louis was able to go ahead and finish that install for y'all and get my family on the road safely again.

I manage a fleet for a large lawncare and landscaping company. Not many tire shops will mess with large commercial tires, Dayton tire has an entire commercial department that meets my company's needs! They also have better prices than the local dealer and faster turnaround. Highly recommended.

When I came back in to wait for my oil change, a table was set up in front of my chair! I could have stayed for hours and not known it, but my service was complete in less than an hour.

Purchased two tires here based off of other good reviews and they have gone above and beyond since! I had some issues with the balance on the tires and both times they were very gracious and got me in same day and went beyond the call of duty to make it right. I will be taking my car here as long as we live here.

Thank you for getting us right! Quick and very efficient. Didnt sugar coat or try to make extra money.

I was really nervous to find a new car shop that I could trust and I am so happy I went to Dayton Tire. Great customer service and reasonable on price.

I emailed their store and inquired about a tire pressure monitor that had quit working in one of my F150 wheels. Within an hour I got a call from the store with availability of the part and cost to replace the failed monitor. The next day I took the truck in for the repair and waited at the store for the work to be done. I was told the service would take about one hour and sure enough about 45 minutes later the work was done and I was charged exactly what I had been quoted. I found the staff to be friendly and courteous and more importantly the work was done promptly and correctly.

This company has always been good to me. When I have a nail in my tire it's always super quick to get it patched. And when i have any other issues they're great about calling me before doing any additional work and giving me estimates beforehand. Highly recommend.

The service was excellent and the price was all inclusive, no surprises as I recently had with another service related item on my vehicle. Too good to be true, well it is but not here. They also accomodated my budget with options until the right one fit. Thank you Dayton Tire.

The crew at Dayton Tire are my heroes. I arrived Friday night just 20 minutes before closing time with extremely low pressure in one of my tires. I’d just started heading to Cincinnati to help a family member in the hospital. We have been loyal customers for years and I was hoping when I turned around and headed to their shop, they would save the day for me. And they did! I will remain a loyal customer and be forever grateful.
