Highly recommend checking out DCR for your collision or certified body shop needs! Had the privilege of being helped by Nick who seamlessly answered my questions and assisted me in choosing the most appropriate body shop for my auto-repair needs!

The tailgate had to be replaced on my SUV. When I came to pick it up the tailgate was misaligned to the strike plate and wouldn't close correctly and the seal around the body isn't making contact with the tailgate allowing water to flow past during rainy conditions. The outside wiper seal at the base of the tailgate window is barely making contact with the window on the right side and shows signs that the fasteners are either broken or missing.

I was a first time customer, I brought my vehicle to DCR Systems, for a collision repair, my vehicle is completely drivable. My front fenders, Two front headlights, and whole bumper need replaced. For context I drive a (2013 Hyundai sonata) I dropped off my vehicle March 27th. Never once did anyone from the establishment, call me to keep me informed about my vehicle. On multiple occasions I called. I was under the impression that everything was taken care of and that my vehicle was being repaired. (And yes I have insurance) However, the establishment informed me (May 1st) that my vehicle is beyond repair. Which is completely fine, but why did this take almost two months to inform me? Please save yourself the headache, and go to a different repair center…

The lack of communication here is unacceptable, do not bring your car here. Unless you want to receive the run around with repairs my insurance company has reached out to them several times regarding sending emails and they keep saying that they have not received any information regarding payment for my vehicle to be repaired, no one from this company has reached out to me regarding communication, and each time I call to speak with someone, each person has said they have not received anything from my insurance company.insurance has reached out to me showing emails that have been sent and the auto body shop has stated that nothing has been resolved I don't want to think there's a different reason why they keep giving me the run around but at this point in time I have no choice to feel like this. I will never come here again and I do not recommend any one else does either.not to mention that the car is still sitting there and they have not reached out to me personally to work something out horrible horrible customer service, however I do applaud pam because she was the only one who reached out to me and tried her best to help, the other two ladies seemed to be nice, but their efforts weren't genuine and it seemed forced. Let's see if the check that was sent to them that they cashed will be returned to my insurance company.might I add my car sat for a month with no repairs but they were able to cash out on the check. Im surprised the customer service representatives that work here still have jobs.if I could have given no stars I definitely would because this company doesn't deserve anything but new customer service employees

This is the worst company I ever dealt with.they are unprofessional and have had my car for 3 months. I called to check the status of my car and they hung up on me I don’t recommend this company to anyone

Would not recommend. Dropped my car off; two weeks later, still no update. Lacking good customer service. I thought they were affiliated with Classic Auto Group, they are not. They changed their name so at least that confusion will be gone.

Discussed with them multiple times on the phone that we would be using one of their agents to negotiate with my insurance about paying the premium they charge for using certified technicians instead of me paying the difference on my own. Go in to pick my car up and they lied and said I agreed to pay the difference and never agreed to use one of their agents and proceeded to charge me much more than what was discussed during our previous phone conversations.

They said they would work with our insurance but they did not leaving us with a hefty bill in a no fault claim. We were lied to and told us we said things we did not say. We were told everything was documented but didn't document the truth. All kinds of excuses for charging outrageous prices that insurance will not pay. Our agent said they were predators and doing insurance fraud. I have to agree.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. It took them over two months to even start working on my car, then when it finally made it to detail someone backed it into a garage door. They told me they would repaint the bumper but I still see crack's in the paint. Then I get the car home and find it has missing plastic clips and weather stripping. I contacted them about it and was told to submit photos to there website which I did and got no response. What a joke of a body shop. I wouldn't trust them to paint my wheelbarrow
