Upon calling to request a drop off for a repair, I was immediately given a thorough and comprehensive explanation of the exact services they provide, the approximate pricing based on repairs needed, as well as an estimated repair time. Within a few days I was notified of what the issue was and that the proper repairs had been successful. I was told step-by-step what was done to repair my mower, and was given pointers on proper maintenance in order to prevent future repairs from being necessary. Very impressed by the service.

Dan at D & D Mower is a dying breed- Truly a great guy. Both knowledgeable and professional- and friendly to boot.
He actually screwed up a little and confused my blower with another one- end result was i didn't get mine back for a few weeks extra. He was so forthright with what had happened, apologized, didn't charge me, and gave me a discount coupon for the future.

I also run a small business. I work really hard to provide service to people who need it, and sometimes I screw up. But I'm not perfect. Only one Man ever was. I tell my happy customers all the time- you don't want to be in business with the people who never make mistakes. You want to be in business with the people who fix it when they do. Dan is GREAT. I've been coming here for years for all of my lawn mower repairs and he's never disappointed me. I recently needed my lawn mower cord replaced he said no problem.about 2 days.ok. 3 hours later he calls me and says it's ready. WOO HOO. I picked it up and at a total fair and reasonable price.will always go here.no doubt!

I took my new snowblower here because it wasn't working. The guy told me what the problem was and quoted me how much it would cost. He called me within a couple of weeks it was ready to go. Told me what to do so that I don't have the same problem again next year. I'm very thankful for his service. I would go back but hopefully not for the same problem. He was very informative.

Very good shop! Fair price and the owner knows his work. Repaired my snow blower.and told me what I was doing wrong (too much oil, bad gas). He stands by his work!
