George was really great! Knowledgeable, no pressure sales! Scott was also amazing to deal with. Very personable didn’t try and hide costs. What I was told out the door was out the door cost!

The staff at Deacons was professional and really was in tune with my families needs! The manager Bob and sales rep Matt always kept me updated and even while they were both off still assisted me. If you are reading this, if you want loyalty and a great staff that go above and beyond, go to Deacons, they really treat you like family.

I took my Jeep in to be serviced was told after 45 minute wait they could no do anything that a multi thousand dollar part was needed. Waited one week for them to call me when I reached out to them the part had never been ordered now I wait again

Fantastic service! Robynne helped me out and if I needed another car I'd definitely go back there. It was a friendly laid back atmosphere. No hard sells or pushiness. I am not an easy sell so believe me when I say this is the place to buy a car!

Superior Towing was for some reason allowed to intercept my phone call at this dealership. Superior Towing is the most unprofessional towing company in Northeast Ohio. I have no idea why they even let Richard Law (owner of Superior Towing) on their property. Do not let this company tow your car! Do not let Dodge refer you to this towing company. Dodge has roadside assistance via their corporate line and will refer you to a professional towing company

If anybody is the same as I am not happy with this dealership or with their services why don’t we gather together and saw them take him to court so they learn their lessons they should provide the right customer service I was actually be discriminated me they were very racist with me and they made fun of me didn’t touch my car didn’t do
Anything so if anybody as angry as I am wicked gather together and take him to court

You have one chance to make a good first impression. I made an appointment for 7: 30 on a Saturday and waited for 15 minutes before leaving. Why would you schedule an appointment if you can't make it to work on time? I traveled 20 miles to go here and there are 2 Jeep dealerships closer to my house. In the future I will be saving gas and time and going elsewhere. I bought my Jeep from this dealership and that process was great, unfortunately, their service department is not up to snufg.

Reggie Salley was rude and not respectful at all, the only thing they care is money, don't waste you time here. I feel offended, cannot imagine why a dealership could have a person with such bad attitude here as a salesman. Wish I could give a negative star. This face is a nightmare.

I want to say a big thanks to your staff for helping my father with his repairs. He was a little overwhelmed at the process and Melissa in service department made him feel comfortable that it was the right thing to do for his ride. He didn't feel taken advantage of like at other places. He will be returning for all future repairs.

Used to be a fan of the service department but since the remodel and lost of a few employees it has taken a drastic hit. They were once courtesy and made a effort to make customers experience as less a inconvenience as possible. As many issues over the years (warranty work) I have had with my truck I love it overall and considered trading mine in for a new one and purchasing a jeep for the wife since shes in the market for a new car. Deacons is the closets dealer in the neighborhood you think would make the most sense. Change of heart after this last visit. Thought previous visits may have just been a bad day but no, this visit let me know its the norm. Lack of communication! Customer shouldn't have to call to get a update to only find out there vehicle has been ready for hours and were closing shortly or your vehicle isn't going to be ready today as previous stated last minute. Then there is a Melissa. Very rude. If you dont like your job find another one. Then when your told that and you need a rental the response is "sorry we dont have any till July". Get a demo of the lot or call up a friend or family member using one let them know a customer is in need. Its June, I need a vehicle today! Why pay for a extended warranty when you cant use all of the benefits. This is the second time. Ill be contacting Mopar Vehicle Protection for a partial refund on my warranty and Dodge Corporate to see how other dealers handle warranty repairs requiring rentals.

This might seem slight but i think their service department’s sarcastic and dismissive attitude is unacceptable. I bought a new Grand Cherokee and the seat beltbretractor was not working well. It was slow to retract and got caughtbwhen i closed the door. I took it in, and some smart ass young service guybgot in, pulled on the sestbelt and practicalluybridiculed me for the complaint. A year later, the poorly operating mechanism has now created gouges in the door! I wrote to the owner and the salesman. Never heard backmfrom either. Im about to buy a new jeep, and makes mecwant to go elsewhere. I dont like geingbdisrespected, especially in this case where i was proven right.

We had a great purchase experience with Deacon's and especially our sales consultant Steve Kobe. No pressure, very knowledgeable in the product, an all around great purchase and delivery experience from Steve and Deacon's. I would recommend Steve and Deacon's Chrysler, jeep, Dodge, RAM for a new or used purchase. Thank you again Steve.

Very happy. Great customer service. They happily ordered the Jeep we wanted. Salesman named Greg was very personable and not pushy. (A different dealership had told us we couldn't get our Jeep the way we wanted.)

Not the best deals here. I will say that the building is top notch and they have a great number of vehicles on the lot. They even have a toy area for kids.

They set me up an appointment for Memorial Day. When i went to drop my Jeep off they were closed. I called the next day and I was told I made a mistake on the day of the appointment and a loaner car was no longer available. I had to rent a car and when I dropped it off I saw the schedule board and my name was on it with the date of 5/28.memorial day. Instead of owning their mistake they lied and were rude. Worst service dept. I’ve ever experienced. Also my emails to customer service have been ignored.

Dealership overall made right a wrong and should be commended for that. Jesse Rembly, however, was miserable to deal with. He is rude and unpleasant. I am not the first to be of this opinion. Ownership and others including Greg are great and a pleasure to work with. Jesse should be fired.

Amy sold me a car. I visited three other dealerships on the same day before getting to Amy at Deacon's. I told her what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay. She found me a car. What else can you ask for?

I went in for a recall job and they had it replaced and good to go in under an hour. I’ve had absolutely no problems with the ignition and found the staff to be very friendly and helpful with their suggestions and knowledge of my vehicle. The location is easy to find.
