This is the best place I've seen ever seen. The quality of care they give their patients is above amazing. My mother goes here and our questions are always answered and we always leave knowing that her health was in their best interest. Thank you dedicated seniors for being a wonderful care team!

For those who are too lazy to read to the end of my review, I want to say from my experience, try to avoid these “specialized medical centers for the elderly”, they are created only to make money.
Because of budget cut, the Central Ohio Area Agency on Aging (COAAA) is not providing anymore transportation for doctor's visit to registered clients. I shared this information with my local CRC social worker, she promise to help me in this mater. Soon I received a phone call from a Dedicated Senior Medical Center recruiter, he sweetly persuaded me to enroll in Dedicated Senior Medical Center - the place with on side doctor 24/7 on duty to avoid extra ER visit, plus a good perk they provide transportation to their PCP doctor's visits. Sounds too good to be true, I remember old commandment: - The bait hides the hook.
Lets start doing something, the recruiter scheduled my first visit for August Third 2023 Thursday. I was brought to the office by Uber at 9 am and only at 12 pm office people paid attention to me sitting in the lobby. It turned out that no one was waiting for me there and they sent me back home. Next my pre-admission visit was scheduled on 8/09/ 2023, the same story repeated itself with me, but they quickly sorted me out and sent me back home. I was scheduled a visit for 8/16/2023 but I cancel it due to Covid 19 infection. I call Dedicated Medical Center and scheduled a post-Covid visit on 28/8/2023. Female doctor examined me, said that the unpleasant post-Covid feelings would pass, but it would take some time. September 2, I felt sore throat and also tablets what I'm taking on regular basses stays in the throat and didn't move down even with the help of drinking water. It was Saturday, I caught on long Labor Day weekend, 9/05/2023 Tuesday morning I call Dedicated Medical with my problem and was scheduled to see doctor same day afternoon. I thought miracles happened but of course I was wrong. As soon as “doctor” entered the room, the room immediately well smelled of rudeness, she did not introduce herself, open folder with my chart asked the reason for my today visit. While reading my chart, she discovered that I had not been pass new patient screening; she said that first I need to pass a per-admission screening and only after that she can consider me as a patient. I thought that in any medical institution the main thing is caring for the sick people, and the bureaucracy later, but I was mistaken in this place, first billing! - People’s health later. After a short argument, I left this establishment where the dollar sign closed the eyes of people who consider themselves as a doctors.
Couple words about this organization; Their slogan “Dedicated Senior Medical Center in partnership with Ohiohealth! ”- this is a lie. They have no access to Ohiohealth digital network. There are 3 places in the Columbus OH with the same name where you can come for medical help and not get it, but you or your insurance will get the bill. According to my experience try to avoid these "Dedicated Senior Medical centers", they dedicated just to make money without helping people.

ERIN CARTER because she is one of a kind. She is ON IT and not only her but the ENTIRE staff are like family. The programs within this facility are PHENOMENAL. Transportation is offered, pharmacy right there, X-rays, LINE DANCING, SOCIALIZING and others. I have always hated going to the Dr. UNTIL DEDICATED came about and now I ENJOY the time spent there. MEET ME THERE AND YOU WILL THANK ME, LATER!
