Deerfield Crossing, Lebanon OH

I've lived at Deerfield Crossing for a bit and I am really happy so far. The management and maintenance team are super friendly and always have a smile on their face. At my last place, it was always a hassle to have something fixed and even have someone answer the phone, so I definitely appreciate that! I love how they keep the property looking nice. Keep up the good work!

Deerfield Crossing is a beautiful community! It’s located to a wonderful countryside ymca as well as a walking path. Downtown Lebanon has so many cute shops to offer too! The management company is fantastic, I highly recommend this community

I had a wonderful experience at this property. I was covering for their office and I was happy to do so! The property’s model was gorgeous and every resident I Encountered was so respectful. I would go back again.

Apartments are clean and spacious. Maintenance and management always meet your needs and response times are fairly quick.

I live in an updated unit and it is pretty nice. Maintenance issues are resolved quickly. The grounds are quiet and well maintained. Over all we are very happy here.

The property is always being maintained and the manager is extremely friendly and helpful. Maintenance is quick, efficient, and thorough. We were new to Lebanon and these apartments set a great standard as to what to expect from the city. We have never had a problem in the three years of living here.

The apartments are nice and clean. Maintenance appears quick to respond, and the manager is wonderful. The floors and walls are thin so I hear everything going on upstairs and next door, but it isn't bad most of the time. Only downfall is that there are absolutely no amenities for the price I pay. My kids can go to the local parks but it would be nice to have a community center or gym for residents.

The apartments are beautiful. The community is quiet and well maintained. Management handles any problems in a timely manner. Unfortunately, there is not a pool or a clubhouse but it is very close to the YMCA and walking trails. I love living within walking distance to downtown Lebanon.

Been a tenant here since early November 2022. I have no complaints so far the people that work here are awesome. Had a water leak and it was fixed promptly maintenance is always on top of everything. It's relatively quiet here for the most part. Definitely a nice place if you're looking for a two bedroom apartment!

We have one of the renovated units in building 500, and it's spacious and nice. This is a decent apartment complex to live in for first time families.

You can tell that the owner really cares about the apartments. Such a hidden gem to find in Lebanon.
