Define eyebrow threading/Tinting/eyelashes/henna, Waxing, Cincinnati OH

If I do go back It will not be to the same lady. My coworkers go there. They both spoke of bad experiences the last time they went. I went out of convience but will stick to the location off of Ronald Regan Highway.

Two weeks later and my eye brows still look amazing.thread & tinting $21.99 I think it was. Satisfied customer here.

Excellent as always very sanitary also, great atmosphere everyone is kind and my eyes are gorgeous.

Attitude before I walked in and had a bigger attitude when I told her my eyes are sensitive but she was fast

This is the second time I’ve had my lashes done here, and the first time they fell out after having them for one day. Both times I have been in pain by the second day because of the lashes.

Usually love the Lady today same thing I always have done cost $10 more and it was not done well.

Been a loyal customer here for 3 years! They do an excellent job. Always polite and friendly. The wait tends to be short and prices are phenomenal for the exquisite services they do!

Attitude and the lady made my eyes water and red then when I said something got mad I asked for something else to service me and was told she didn't do lashes but n facts she had did my lashes the last time I came and was also doing strips lashes when I asked WOW never returning again nor there sister location they are too money hungry for me Sue yall need to do better

The employees make you feel like family! They go out of their way to make sure you are happy and please. Clean place and very professional!

I come to the Stone Creek location often, and finally got a chance to come back after quarantine lifted. I let my eyebrows completely grow out during that time and Sue was able to thread them perfectly for me! Clean facility and great service.

I love the way they do my brows and lashes ️ They r always nice and make sure the job is great before I leave.

Define Eyebrows is the absolute best! Individual Eyelashes are only 25 dollars but look like a 300 dollar mink set! Pina is the very best she can make your eyebrows look microbladed just with the tinting! Thank you Pina you are amazing!

Please do not got here! I went for eyebrow threading. I get in the chair and the lady tells me to hold my eyes completely normal right? I close my eyes and hold my brow and when I opened my eyes to do the other one it was a completely different person doing them! Not only did they make a switch but this person was clearly new and still learning because the original lady was coaching her on how to do my brows. Mid way they switch back and she says I need tint I have THICK eyebrows and have NEVER been recommended tint. My eyebrow are horrible. Just save yourself the trip and frustration and go elsewhere.

Bad service. They speak their language. I can feel that they talk bad people' who are getting their work done.

Great value & end result! Even if there’s a wait, it’s never more than a few minutes. This is the only place I’ll come to have my brows threaded and tinted!
