I just started gym life at Delhi fitness. I have nothing but great things to say. I got a personal trainer (Alex) because I have never been to a gym before. He has been an amazing partner in my health journey. The staff has been awesome. They always call me by name. I love that! I have even gotten pointers from several of the veterans of the facility. You never have to wait to use any machines and it is always clean. I can’t recommend it enough!

New staff is making BIG changes! New equipment, more trainers equals more availability and attention. Love what they’re doing.

Matt and the Vault team are extremely professional and kind with their time. I felt that I gained more value from them during our initial one-on-one session than from other service providers since they were so structured and well-prepared!

I've been at Delhi Fitness Club for the past 3 years. I love the location on Delhi Pike next to Chipotle, Wishbone, and Chase Bank. This is a new facility that is bight, very clean, and is a friendly environment for new gym goers as well as veteran gym goers. Their equipment selection is fantastic whether you're a serious bodybuilder, or someone just starting your health and fitness journey. The facility is open 24/7 with access through your membership scan card. Their team is friendly, attentive, and fun to chat with. In addition to general memberships of monthly or yearly options, they also offer personal training and group training memberships. There's something available for everyone!

I started working out again at the beginning of 2023 (almost 6 years of hardly exercising). I started off by going to PF, but recently switched over to Delhi Fitness Club because the larger variety of machines and option for heavier weight. Having open machines, heavy weight, and incredibly friendly staff is going to keep me here for a long time I think.

It has been almost a full year of my fitness journey at Delhi Fitness Club. As someone who has always had a rough time managing their weight, I decided to sign up for personal training. I currently work with Dawn three times a week and I am so thankful for her guidance! Dawn has helped me stay consistent with my goals. She had taught me the importance of non scale victories, and encouraged me to be the best version of myself.

I am beyond thankful for the trainers and staff at this gym! They have been making constant improvements to equipment, keeping the facility clean, and have created a small gym community that I never knew I needed.

Excited to see what year two has to bring!

Ever since my old gym was bought out, I’ve been at Delhi Fitness and everything has been great!

Staff is friendly. Facility is always clean (Not that that matters to me, I just want to train, lol), but cleanliness matters to a lot of people.

Whenever equipment is out of service (which is rare) the staff gets right on it so its not down for longer than it should. Straps wear out, staff replaces them. Major points right there!

The 24hr access is a game changer since I rotate shifts at work and can’t always train the same hours.

Not a HUGE gym facility but you can definitely get the job done and leave feeling like you’ve got the workout you’ve needed.

This gym has been nothing but a headache since I joined. I've had to call multiple times to get them to email me the cancellation form, and I got a random fee that I wasn't supposed to receive and they never reimbursed me for it because it's handled through a 3rd party.their equipment is constantly "down for maintenance" which takes forever for them to fix! Go somewhere else like Crunch or Esporta this place is not worth the hassle.

It used to be worse. They still need to clean better especially the shower but at least the equipment works.

I just joined a couple weeks back and I’m glad to be at a small local gym. It’s much quieter and easier to navigate than the big corporate franchise gym across town.
I won’t say this is a luxury establishment, but it doesn’t need to be. The pricing is fair and everything I need for a great workout is available.
Plus- there are no unsupervised minors running around all Summer! Huge win.

I have had repeated and ongoing billing issues with them. First request to cancel was back in February. They ignored me for weeks, charging my account over and over. Escalated to the manager, who actually lives in Tennessee. He got those charges refunded, but then new charges appeared. My case was escalated again and some third guy got those charges refunded and said he closed my account. That was back in March or April. It's mid-May and I opened my email to find they've charged my card AGAIN. I'm honestly going to have to sue or cancel my card or both to get the charges to stop at this point. Very frustrating. Can't recommend that anyone else do business with them based on my experience.

My wife and I payed for a year membership. We specifically excluded the month to month continuation at the end of the year. When I requested to review the signed contract, I was told I could not. We were charged $186 to cancel a contract we didn’t agree to.

Absolutely awful got a member ship there one year's fabulous never had a problem Then I had a problem had to have surgery froze my account hoping to go back could not because disability and want have you try to work something out or get a refund on my membership no response just constant phone calls to give them more money for a new membership and no other remarks very sad very poor very ridiculous would not suggest them at all. Its
management and the guys that are working there are fabulous but the people that are behind them are pulling the strings and it's inexcusable to take and do what they did to me with my knee so I wouldn't suggest them at all I would've stayed with them if I got to go back to my membership after I talked to my disability people, but they did not return my phone calls or giving none of my money back, $179 must be pretty important to those people that's all I can say very sad very awful don't know what to say except don't go to that gym, they don't care about you just MONEY.

Avoid at all cost. Paid for. Paid monthly for a year, told them to cancel after my last payment and I've been charged 3 more times now. Go somewhere else, this place is a ripoff

I joined the gym in January with the goal to get on the treadmill 3x a week to help with my mental heath, I had the pleasure of having Brian help advance my workouts and can’t believe how much stronger I feel mentally and physically. The place is clean, everyone is kind and I can’t imagine going anyplace else.
