We are speaking out at this point someone needs to explain why it is taking 2 months to issue emergency assistance and out of the 5 states you represent are they being paid and Ohio isn't this is going to snowball into a protest there is no if ands or buts about it and I will be standing on the front lines this is beyond unacceptable
This company should be out out of business. 6 weeks have received no money because they don’t know what they are doing!
This “company” is leaving Ohioans out to dry! It’s taking them TWO MONTHS to implement our unemployment. Absolutely ridiculous as we are out here losing EVERYTHING!
The system is already in place! Why are you taking so long to implement the new information? Piss poor job if you ask me. I hope you lose the contract after this poor performance by your company. Your it professionals need to work 24hrs a day 7 days a week and get the system up and running this is ridiculous!
