Dennis Koon - State Farm Insurance Agent, Columbus OH

I started my policy here for my business vehicles. When my card expired, i called in to update my payment info preemptively. I eventually got ahold of dennis and gave him the new card info.
He took my info and said it was taken care of. It was not updated, and i later recieved a notice my policy would be canceled. I called again, gave it to his secretary. I also added a vehicle to my policy at that time, and set up auto pay AGAIN. The payment was made, the policy updated, but auto pay was not set up. The next month my policy was canceled, and i have since then had 4 employees driving around in uninsured trucks because i missed a cancellation email. This agents office failed to process my payment 3 times until i missed 1 email and was placed at serious financial risk, and breaking the law. Now i have to start a new policy, and have had a gap in coverage. I do not recommend using this local agent. Im fortunate to have been doing my budget for my business and found out when i did.
