Denny's, Berkshire OH

So they are not truly open 24/7.at least for dine in. I went at 4am. I was told there was one cook. I had to order and pay online which I did. Online stated my order would be ready in 20 minutes. I went inside 25 to 30 minutes later and waited forever for someone to come out.finally the gentleman came and greeted me and stated they don't start an order until the customer actually shows up and its known they are actually there.so I waited for another 15 minutes to get my food. It was a rather disappointing experience. The only reason I give 3 stars is because the gentleman working was very nive

Food was "meh", service was not quite as good as the food. Definitely got worse since I was last here

My food was charred well beyond burnt. I am never one to complain but it truly was not edible. The broccoli was still FROZEN. There were 3 people working, 1 cook/manager and 2 waitresses. It was a cluster. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The wait staff was very gracious with the fact that I brought in a large bag of Koi fish because it was too hot to leave them in the car while we ate. We drove an hour to purchase these Koi and this restaurant was on the way. The food was good and the staff was great

Slow service. The food is excellent especially for the price the customer service was good and lots of friendly staff.

Than it came with out bread! 12 min waiting for the bread 45 + 12? !

Our server, Kelly, took great care of our large party even though they were very short staffed. She was so pleasant and worked so hard for us. She managed the dining area solo and didn't miss a beat.

Our compliments to the cook also - our food was all perfect.

Our server deserves a raise.:)

We ordered our food on line to pick up and it was done at the exact time.fresh and delicious. Great job Denny's

Took quite some time to get service and our food but it seems they were short staffed. Food was good and hot on arrival still.

Service was absolutely horrible. The place wasn't busy so good was brought out quickly and waitress couldn't remember who got what and there was only 2 of us. Onion rings was burnt and fryer grease was old. I would recommend a hot dog from the truck stop.

Tl;dr: Big yikes.
Unfortunately, this location was extremely understaffed, so the wait time was ridiculous, and there were only two servers. The head server seemed a bit loopy and out of it, even though she did try to be as cheerful as possible. It just came off as weird though. My mom and I ordered the same thing, but her hash browns were undercooked and mine were nearly burnt. Honestly, a truck stop Denny's wasn't our first choice but they're usually not bad. However, this was the first travel center I've eaten at and been disappointed. We even had to wait about 15 minutes just to pay when we were done.

Servers were all complaining in a very slow restaurant. It took 30 minutes to just order and the waitress proceeded to leave a sandwich on our table that wasn’t ours and then serve that same sandwich to someone else in the restaurant! I’m fairly certain that’s a health code violation! Then she told us she “Thought she was done serving for the day and she was sorry she was frazzled. ” I just didn’t see a reason for the behavior and as we were leaving a different server was yelling across the restaurant to someone else to “be sure they roll silverware before they leave. ” Again extremely unprofessional! Denny’s should remove their franchise from this mess!

The food was so good I got chocolate chip pancakes (I got normal pancakes and asked for chocolate chips) 10/10 the experience was great me and all my cousins went there and we got a great server her name was Kelly she was decently tall with black hair she was so stressed I felt so bad she was the only sever in the building and she dropped a cup I was so tempted to go up there and give her a dollar for the massage chair

Well The quality Of NOT JUST THE FOOD BUT THE SERVICE AND COOKS AND JUST ALL AROUND NO MATTER WHAT TOWN IT'S BAD PEOPLE.
